WEST BAY TIRES & 24 ROADSIDE SERVICES in Santa Cruz

I highly recommend contacting West Bay Tires before reaching out to anyone else.!!!!!!!!!! After facing frustrations with multiple shops and not finding a quick solution, I was fortunate to call West Bay Tires. They welcomed me right away and successfully patched my tire, a repair that other shops claimed was impossible. The entire process took no more than 10 minutes, and I was back on the road in no time. They truly saved the day.

The people at West Bay Tires were quick to assess the service my car needed, virtually without an appointment, and also shared helpful information about what was causing the symptoms I had noticed, what risks they may pose, and what options I had. They were quick, efficient, personable, and also very fairly priced! I'll be thinking of West Bay Tires in the future for all my tire needs in Santa Cruz.

These guys have a towing company also. Two days in a row they said they were on their way, and both days never showed up, and never called to let me know. Garbage!

They got my tires on quickly and accommodated me even when they were closed. Very appreciative

Workers are crazy and abusive. They yelled at me and used profanity in Spanish. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

DO NOT get your tires from this man !! we drove down to santa cruz for a vacation and we somehow got a flat. we spent our last little bit of money to fix the tire and after spending a couple hours at the boardwalk we come back to our car and notice that the tire is flat!!! and apon close inspection there’s two holes!!! two holes in the newly purchased tire !!! 100% do not get your tires from this man hopefully this helps someone !!
