Priors Tires in Santa Cruz

It’s unfortunate that I need to highlight that a shop conducts its business ethically. But in addition to my shout out that Priors can be trusted (whereas at least one other formerly reputable SC tire shop cannot), Priors staff is warm and friendly, they diagnose problem accurately and honestly, charge fairly, the waiting room is actually comfortable. I don’t write many reviews, but I like to support upstanding businesses. Excellent experience. Thanks, John!

I was ready to go to the place I've gone since Holser's closed down and Kim at AAMCO gave me Priors Tires Card. I trust her 100% and thought I'd give them a try...I called and John who pretty much does everything there and he quoted the 2 tires I needed and they were almost 100.00 less than the other place so of course I ordered them. My tires were there the next morning . It being New Years Eve I figured I'd have to wait but I got there and withing 40min. I drove away with 2 new Michelins for my 99 Yukon..I will be sticking with Priors Tires from now on..I hope if the owner see this, he acknowledges the great ,fast ,personable and professional employees he has..And, the couch was so comfy while I waited. Absolutely amazing!!! Came here after being recommend by Glen’s Auto Repair and they replaced all four of my tires in 45 minutes!!!! They have a comfortable waiting room even equipped with drinks, a bathroom and phone charging station! 100000/10 will be coming here again for tire needs and will recommend to all friends and family!

2 Angels in the form of human men saved me ! I had a rental Toyota 4 runner with tire lights on and had to get on the 17 to San Jose! They took my car right in and within 30 minutes I had it back. They said all the tires were low (Thanks Budget). No charge! As an 80 year old woman on the road that was such a gift. Thank you Priors Tires

This is hands down the best place to get your tires changed. John offered me a price $200 cheaper for the specific tires I wanted compared to 4 of the other dealers I called. He took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of tire choices and was not pushy at all. My tires were changed in less than an hour and the waiting space was comfortable and inviting. Honest and friendly, the entire experience from start to finish was a genuine pleasure. Can’t recommend them enough.

These guys fixed my tractor tire fast and Affordable! They are super professional and easy to find. Easy to reach by phone. Clean and nice little waiting area for people! Will back But hopefully not TOO soon. Thank You!

We were on a road trip and got a low tire pressure warning in our car. We went to Costco to fill it up and happened to pass Priors on the way. After filling up the tire at Costco, I heard hissing so gave Priors a call. They told us to come right in, and 2 minutes later we were there. They were friendly, efficient, and fixed the tire at a very reasonable price. We were back on the road in no time, great shop, I'm glad we happened to stumble on them, would recommend to anyone.

These folks quoted me $50., and after mounting and balancing the tire and installing it and disposing of the previous tire, they charged me $50. Period. They even fed me while I was waiting. Definitely got there at the right time! The pictures are of a go-kart and trailer combo they're selling for twenty five hundred. And yes, I want it. And no, I can't have it. But some lucky person out there can! Recommended!
