My brother took his truck for the belt and it was around 3:30 pm and close to5:00 they informed my brother that it was not the right size my brorher didnt have a ride and i went to gve a ride soonest i got therethere was a clown dancing around me trying to get in to a fignt 'they didnt give me the chance to talk everything just was arguing 'at the end they left leaving my brothers truck without the belt and not able to move it ,we decided to call the police and as always police didnt do anything 'we have to pay for the towimg and honestly wont recomend this place avoid people that are just looking for trouble and rhese guys are pretty agressive

They actually close at 5pm not 6pm and they will gladly charge you $30 for overtime without telling you about this fee until AFTER they install your tires. I had called beforehand to let them know I’d arrive 20 mins before closing and if there’d be any issues with this, and they did NOT mention a $30 overtime fee for finishing 4 minutes after closing. In addition to this the price was higher than the one listed on Tirerack when I placed my order. For $140 I would’ve been better off going to a more established shop to install my tires… They also didn’t want to check if they put my hub centric rings back on and unsurprisingly they didn’t put two on. I asked twice and they didn’t want to even after paying overtime! Had to take off my wheel in a parking lot and put a new one on. Overall don’t recommend, jack even started slipping and i had to call it out lol. Giving stars for taking my tirerack order and installing tires, might’ve been avoided issues going earlier but that hidden fee made me write this review since thats scummy. update: Went to another shop and another wheel was missing a ring and had two cracks, they didn’t mention this. new update: They replied to my review, I didn't have a flat tire lol. The $30 fee wasn't mentioned, otherwise I wouldn't have written this review.
