My boyfriend wanted to go here. I was iffy. Then I stopped by and got amazing, kind service. Jose treated me extremely kindly and was thoughtful. He quickly helped me find a great set of tires and didn’t make me feel bad when I said I was on a budget. I love the tires and they have a great warranty program. I bought from here because of the excellent customer service and value of the product. This Lloyds gave a 5 star tire service and I will def be back. (Plus they are fast).
These guys are awesome. Came in with a flat tire and they had me back on the road in no time. The staff at this Lloyd's go above and beyond, they are taking care of the community every single day.
Jose, the manager, was great,very professional, and has amazing customer service. We came in for a fix a flat and gave us a 30 min eta, and they beat it. The prices are fair and reasonable, with no upselling. I would highly recommend them for your next tire needs.
The manger is always friendly and the staff too. They always do a great job and if you buy your tires with them you have free tire rotations. $40 for a rotation otherwise. Competitive for what shops charge and they're fast. I was out in under 20 mins. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a rotation or repair.

I bought my tires at the Capitola Ext location a year ago and just had them rotated a few days ago. Again they provided excellent and fast service. I will continue to recommend to friends and coworkers.
Both times I went there, I was greeted and helped before even getting out of my car. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out a set of tires that I would be happy with and stayed in my budget. I won’t be going anywhere else for my tires!!
I had a flat tire and picked Lloyd's because they have great online reviews. They were able to see me as a walk in, and were able to patch my tire quickly. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I'll definitely use them again for future tire needs!
