Holiday Muffler in Santa Cruz

The Google online hours said that they were open Saturday 8-12 and I arrived promptly at 8am on Saturday to a closed shop with only M-F hours on the door. Waste of time

Called ahead to make sure they had time and would smog my RV. Assured me that they had time and no extra cost. Got there in 10 minutes and there were several people waiting for their vehicle and that my RV would be $200! After several tries The grump behind the counter said because it took up too much room. I left and never to return. Go to Soquel Auto Repair and save yourself some money.

Guy behind the counter looked like he hadn’t showered in about a week and was also just rude.

Great price of $50 for smog check. Might take a while depending on how busy they are. No fancy waiting area but they get the business done.

Great people working here. I brought in a '99 solara for smog check and they were super quick and easy. I ended up leaving my backpack there with a lot of important things in it right before closing. When I came back the next morning they had all my things and were so kind about it. Good people work here.

Overall experience was excellent, everyone I spoke to was very personable real and knowledgeable. The process was very quick. The price was fair and I would highly recommend holiday Muffler. Thanks again

I've had a lot of frustration in the past finding a reliable Smog service. I've been to Holiday twice now and they've made the whole process so much easier. It takes some anxiety away knowing that their equipment is never broken, their employees are super friendly and the service is fast! (Plus, dog-friendly)

After 25 years of using a dirty, unprofessional service center today we left Holiday Muffler and got a standard of service that we haven't gotten ever. Typical sloppy Santa Cruz business mentality. We wondered what took us so long? All small businesses here do not share that attitude. Thank goodness
