These guys are experts at what they do. I brought 5 Stihl machines I inherited to them, and they checked them and got them running, and gave me good advice. Awesome.

This place is a true local gem. Brian and Broden and owner Bill were all fantastic to work with in my quest to get a proper generator to run my home during outages. This after buying a cheap generator at Home Depot that I had to return (defective and could not get ahold of manufacturer). Yes, I paid more for the Yamaha generator I bought from B&B, but you get what you pay for. Given the product quality, amazing service and product expertise and training I received, I came out way ahead. Plus I can get it serviced by B&B locally as needed. B&B only carries quality reliable brands that they can service themselves. One of the smartest homeowner decisions I have made is becoming a B&B customer.

Allow me to regale you with a story. I wanted to buy an attachment to my string trimmer. It would have been over a hundred bucks. Bill, one of the B's of B&B listened to why I needed it and suggested a much cheaper option that worked just as well. He could have squeezed the 3x the money out of me but he didn't. Later that day my trimmer got caught in some wire that was hidden in the brush I was cutting and it broke. I brought it in and they fixed it for free. It was a simple fix, but still. These people care. They're kind, they're friendly, and they don't try and squeeze every last penny out of you. I won't go anywhere else.

I had a warranty repair of my EGO trimmer and Bill made the entire process very easy. They preordered the part for me and I was able to come in on a Saturday morning. Staff at the front desk was friendly. I mentioned I was coming from Salinas and would be waiting for the repair and they were able to get the mechanic on it right away. By the time I got a coffee next door it was ready to go. Hedge trimmer works great now and I'd recommend this place for service on any equipment. The shop was extremely clean and organized as well and that's always a great sign. Thank you guys!

Top-tier local dealer. Best place to buy your chainsaw, trimmer, etc. and get them serviced. Cheaper junk is available online, but this place will keep your Stihl gear running for decades.

Nice little store with plenty of STIHL tools, came here looking for a Pro Splitting Axe by STIHL and found it no problem, after trying to find it at eight previous stores. Prices are fair and customer service was very friendly!
