I had no problems with my oil change, the staff was nice, but it took a little more than 20 minutes (I was the only car). Nothing crazy upsetting about that, but they tried to get me to pay them to replace a part on my car ($80-$100) and when they showed it to me, it was clean and in good condition (I work on my own car so I was able to recognize this, but not everyone can). Trying to trick a young woman to buy unnecessary services made me instantly lose respect, and I will never go there again.
The attendant tries to scam me in front of my teen son. Luckily my son noticed before I did. I walked in and asked for the cheapest oil change. I shared that I had recently had a lot of work on the car done so it only needed the oil. The attendant said ok. He asked me: Do you want to use the same oil as last time. (I guess I was in the system from years ago) I said sure. He had me sign on the credit card screen. He did not print out an estimate. Then my son noticed that two people were doing stuff to my car like checking all kinds of things. Not just the oil change like I asked. He said to me I thought you said you didn’t want all the other services… why are they doing that? I opened the door to the garage and repeated “I just asked for the cheapest oil change. Is that what I am getting?” The guy argued back that it was too late now because he’s already checked my wipers, air filter etc, and vacuumed the floor. I said that was on him. I had not asked for that stuff. He claimed that by agreeing to the same oil as last time I was agreeing to the same service package I had last time (years ago). I asked him “is that why you did not print out the estimate for me to read?” He went silent and stormed off to the building nextdoor. I asked the other guy, “where is he going?” He said to get the manager to edit our price. But the manager never came. The same guy came back. He Would not look me in the eye. He keyed in the managers code himself to edited the price to charge me less than he had ordered before. I paid and he stormed off again. Didn’t give me my key or tell me where to pick up my car. I had to go find it myself and leave. NEVER GOING BACK TO THESE SCAMMERS!!
It was very quick and very professional. Exactly what I needed. Got 15% off because I Uber which was a plus.
Yesterday after having a $145 synthetic Euro change at store # 2334 my 2015 Audi A3’s Engine light and EPC warning light came on for the first time ever and the engine started revving high then low and I immediately returned to the shop where my car was smoking drastically and started filling the the inside thru the AC . They inspected under the hood and oil was EVERYWHERE . The did start spraying and solvent of sorts to take the oil off the engine and headers that were smoking profusely. As well the manager James . S started running the codes on the car w a handheld device and reset the check engine light and EPC warning light . I live locally and after bringing my son only 5 miles to school this very next morning , the EPC warning light came back on ! Iv owned the car only 5 months and bought used from a dealer . The car has been completely serviced to new condition just when I purchased it . Now my new car completely smells of burnt motor oil and has a warning light .As well there are oil finger prints on my inner door handle , steering wheel and push start button as well mid console !! And to add insult to my poor Audi’s injuries , floor Matt’s were never used ! my car was never vacuumed and windshield never cleaned as currently advertised inside the office . Service date : 1/23/25 2:11 pm Work order : 2947 Invoice : 2916
Waited 30 minutes . Was requested to move my vehicle 3xs from one bay to the other. When I went to pay for the service the attendant told me to walk threw the garage to enter because they had all the other doors locked. I told them I did not want to walk threw all the grease that was in their garage. They said too bad. I took my car and left without service. Really tacky.Really dangerous. (I am a fall risk) Really rude.
Watch out for this shop. You'll be charged twice on your credit card. I'm a "Caradvise" member linked to UBER/LIFT. We, as UBER/LIFT rideshare providers, have been offered to sign in to CARADVISE a program that offers safe maintenance to our rideshare vehicles. I brought my vehicle to be serviced at this location, so, so far, all ok, however......the service I had with this shop was charged "TWICE" in my credit card!!!. I contacted the franchise owner to attempts to clarify the issue but in responds I was treated rude, this franchise owner has no principles, he has the most ugly responses related to his business's issues. I would not recommend this shop for his car maintenance ease find a diffent shop where you'll be appreciated as a potential customer and not as a cheapy arrival car sevice dude.
I got my oil changed today here, everything was ok. I drove home I noticed my old sticker next oil change was still there and there was no current sticker. So I called to ask when is my next oil change Sticker, he told me that I have to ask for it. And asked me to come back if you need it. The guy never admitted his mistake. Also my oil change is every 10000 mil but here the sticker which they have put says in next 8000 mil.
Quick oil change service but don't expect anything else done. Part of the service is to add windshield fluids, but they never do it but always print "ADDED" in the invoice. Today, I specifically ask if they can add some, but they didn't do it. I was the only customer when drove in and still the only customer by the time I left. There four guys in the shop - no, they were not busy. Three stars for doing the primary task (oil change) but -2 stars for checking off the list of supplemental tasks that they didn't do.
