My clutch would fail to engage intermittently. Jim opened the clutch/engine case and repaired for $200. My machine now works perfectly.

I got a tire puncture on a tubed tire while cruising the Santa Cruz mountains. Called AAA for tow and found Jim's online not knowing what to expect. He took care of my bike almost right away, changed the tube, balanced tire, all for an amazingly honest price. I'm happy to ride 1 hour from SF for all my other moto needs.

Had a great experience with Jim all around. My bike was breaking down and backfiring like mad all the way up from Santa Maria, and he put a lot of time and consideration into my bike - as well as my time constraints! While he wasn't able to fix my bike, I was impressed with his consideration and attentiveness, and his reasonable pricing. Ended up having a friend tow me home to Santa Barbara, but Jim even called on the way and suggested a couple more my hometown mechanic could try. Would recommend to anyone!
