I was greatly satisfied with my experience, from scheduling online, to dropping off my car for 1h to get the glass replaced. The technician Leo did amazing job, he prepared the glass before I showed up and only took 45 minutes to replace it. And my insurance works directly, so I only had to pay a deductible.
Service here was fantastic! Appointment reminder said 1 to 2 hours but the process took about 45 minutes. Hopefully I do not have to return, don't want another broken window, but if I do I know I'll have another great experience.
I broke my father-in-law’s back window on his pick up truck. Safelite in Santa Cruz went above and beyond to have it fixed before I got on a plane to fly back home. These guys made me look good! I would recommend them to anyone.
Got a windshield replacement done by Amauri from this location (seeing as he said it would take 15 minutes to get to my location), told me it would take 45 minutes to replace the windshield and did the job in that timeframe down to the minute. The new windshield is so clean that you forget it's there
The mobile repair tech did a wonderful job - communicated well regarding his arrival, was thorough in getting all the broken glass vacuumed up and patient with all my questions. Getting one's car window smashed is a jarring experience, Safelite was so helpful and timely in getting my car back to normal!
I brought my Corvette in for a windshield repair through my insurance carrier. When I came to pick up my car there was obvious damage to a rubber seal between the roof and top of windshield. It was ripped and torn on the passenger side. Parts of the seal were gone, and a large gap was left. The tech told me there was nothing he could do. It came apart as the old window was removed. Uh first use some tools to make sure the seal separates. I razor blade a spackle knife, etc. Second don’t try and hide your screw up hoping the customer doesn’t notice. I spoke with the management, and they told me there was nothing they could do. NEVER USE this company!!
Can I make that a negative star. Safelite came out and replaced my window and the guy broke parts off the car and didn’t bother to replace them so my car leaked horribly. It’s taken weeks and many many hours of my time to get this fixed including trips to their office. They were finally supposed to come out today to fix my car but cancelled for no reason - but it was 5 min after I left a bad review on Yelp??. I finally had to cut a water bottle in half and fix it temporarily. Now I have to wait weeks longer. Go with a local company.
Had some concerns, Erica was amazing and made me rethink those today. If the customer service is not there I rather find another business simply put. Thanks to Erica and the efficiency provided as a consumer this store gets all five stars . The team is lucky to have a valued asset thanks everyone!
