13 bucks for Marlboro 100's, what is this world coming to?!?!!!

Takes 15min to fill up. Gasoline comes out really slow.

This is one of the few remaining 24-hour businesses in the area (even the local 7-Elevens close from 2-5am). So that's appreciated. They always seem to have someone who knows what they're doing working at night too, and surprisingly low turnover.

This is the last time return. The most incompetent employee I encountered. Can't even communicate in simple terms. He was very rude and refused to allow me to get points. That's the reason I come here. Not sure what management is doing keeping or hiring people that have very low standards in business. His name is Gustavo. Maybe thats the only job he can get.

I went here the other morning around 4 AM to fill up my gas tank and badly urinate, however, I was informed very rudely by the chunky young man, with the long ponytail that the restroom was under repair, and that I could not use it, I said Even if I fill up my tank, I can’t use the bathroom? He replied that’s right, very very rudely and I am 55 years old with current kidney issues! I have never been so embarrassed in my life and so let down by a corporation such as shell, gas station! Even if it is a city ordinance, as I have been informed, you speak to your elders with a little dignity and respect, it goes a long ways. End of story!. Period. My cousin liked the shell, not me.btw Shell, I may have sustained further damage to my kidneys, and if so, will let you know sooner than later And if it turns out to be a city ordinance, I will also let the city of Santa Cruz know as well!

Didn't come for gas but for the Subway sandwiches. So yummy after a long day at the beach. The staff or young man is a great worker and humble.

Careful with the Very tall cashier guy! He tried to say I gave Him a $5 when I gave Him a $20! Obviously wasn't trained to lay the bill on top untill change is given. I know what I gave him, I just got off work and made the $20.

Wow.. just wow. Who ever was working graveyard the night of Sept 27th into early morning the 28th was rude and tried to lock the door as me and my wife were entering. Management must be desperate for employees who are willing to work graveyard if thats the kind of employees that get past application screening. Also, what kind of store does "no alcohol orders at this time?" As far as I'm conserned, don't walk away from this store, RUN away!
