Great customer service and easy to deal with! Thanks to the person who helped me fix my car stereo mount that needed a new bracket. The turn around time was very fast and the price was fair and reasonable. The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I needed. 10/10. My tech was super nice, knowledgeable, etc. I had a bit of an emergency with my Sprinter, and they fixed it same day despite being slammed. They also charged me less than they originally quoted. Will be going to them for all my future van electrical!

They will work with you to help you decide what audio solution is best for your situation, and then install it immaculately. When you drive away your car will sound incredible and you'll feel like you've got an ally.

I rudely arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon. I was met with politeness, patience, and expertise. It took about 20 minutes for them to schedule my work order. Now, my old 03 Tundra has apple car play and a bumpin sub w new speakers. A local family business doing it right. Couldn't be more stoked on the product and their services!

Showed up with a busted radio that gave me nothing but trouble. A quick investigation by the owner confirmed that the radio was not salvageable. He offered me a low-cost option to replace the whole unit and to have it done in an hour and a half. Very happy with the result, the service and the price. Turned out to be less than the unit that I originally had bought from the internet. Yay!

Great sales and install experience! These guys know VW Vanagons and can address a number of the downfalls with the existing system. The 5 1/4 rear speaker install was CLEAN! No pushy sales talk, large well organized shop, friendly tech’s, and flexible installation schedule.

Lotts is incredible. I bought a new stereo at Best Buy and had it installed in my 2000 Mustang (with a Mach 460 8-speaker sound system already installed). The Best Buy tech had no idea what was going on. He initially said it would be no problem, but by the time it was installed, there was an extremely loud pop (max speaker volume) every time the stereo would turn on, when I turn on the car. Also, the volume control was extremely poor. It's supposed to go up from 1-50, but it was at max volume at volume level 6, so I only had those 6 levels to work with, and the difference between 1 and 0 was huge. The Best Buy tech said he could not fix it for all the money in the world, and that's just how the sound system works. I went to Lotts, and they said Best Buy neglected to add a voltage converter, which eliminated the popping sound, and a harness appropriate for my car, which eliminated the volume control issue. After Lotts was done, my stereo worked perfectly, like a dream. I am so 100% satisfied with their work. I recommend them to all of my friends. They were extremely professional and courteous and made pleasant conversation with me while they were working on my car.
