This was my second visit to Water Star Motors, this time for something serious, not just a simple matter of a smog check. I didn't think it was possible, but they exceeded my already high expectations (high due to the excellent service received during the first visit). My car, a Chevy Cruze, needed multiple repairs (coolant leak identified/fixed and brakes/rotors replaced). All along the way, Water Star kept me in the loop about what was happening. They offered detailed information, not just verbally, but through email, and when I had questions, they were patient, friendly, and clear in talking me through the details. Small things matter, too. When I dropped my car off early in the morning, the advisor in the office, Eric, was welcoming. And one of the mechanics was in the office, too, and he offered a sincere "good morning." (IIRC, his name was Jeff -- tall person.) Even though I was there for something kinda crappy (car repairs), I left in a cheerful mood because the interaction was so pleasant. Today, when those formalities/niceties are often overlooked, it's wonderful to find a place that continues to make friendliness/professionalism part of their normal business practice. They know their stuff, and they also offer kindness in addition to technical expertise. My car is running well now. No more leaks. No more squeaks. I'm glad I chose Water Star!

My car engine light started flashing and i brought my car to this shop. They clearly diagnosed the vehicle and gave me an accurate timeline for car repairs. They finished by the end of the day and provided excellent customer service. They offered to drive us to a offsite location to wait and presented excellent communication in an unfortunate situation.

Called in for a same-day smog and the Water Star team was very accommodating. I am always impressed by the service and the wonderful atmosphere there. Funny thing to say about an auto repair shop, but it’s true. The team really enjoys what they do and they do it well. I was in and out in something like 15m and for a fair price. There are just some of the good reasons we keep coming back to Water Star.

Recently had my car towed in & repaired from this establishment.. I couldn’t say enough positive feedback for Water Star Motors! Ella and Eric were very helpful plus very timely. Extremely professional and understanding. I was able to pick my car up at any time over the weekend with their secure key lockbox , which was great! I’d love to add - We were pleasantly surprised that my car was returned vacuumed out, & sparkly cleaned up inside and out! I most definitely would recommend this shop! :)
