I have had good experiences in the past, but this service visit was not. Took over six weeks to schedule and over a month to complete the work. When I did pick up the vehicle one battery terminal was incredibly loose and the power seat and mirror which worked fine when I dropped it off were non-operational. On the positive side, they convinced the extended warranty company to pay for most of the work.
Prompt, friendly service. Finished quite a bit of work in a single day. Kept me in the loop with the issues they spotted with my vehicle. Washing and polishing our car was a great final touch! Thank you!
