Always friendly and helpful. They make sure to fix whatever issue you have, even when you don't describe it perfectly. If I have a problem that requires immediate attention, they figure out a way to get my car fixed so I can get back on the road.

Nate’s auto is the best. He and his staff have years of experience with bmw’s and it’s obvious. I completely trust their diagnosis and recommendations, and the quality of their work. Additionally I feel their pricing is fair, the staff is professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the shop to anyone who needed maintenance on his or her bmw
