I have received exceptionally great service from everyone at Mick’s Automotive for years now. All the techs are incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and very good at communicating everything about the services they perform on my vehicle. The shop is reasonably priced and they operate with honesty and integrity. The whole staff goes above and beyond to help their customers, such as referring you to recommended tire shops or other repair shops, giving advice about maintenance or tire purchases, etc.. So glad I found Mick’s and I highly recommend them!

The staff at Mick's is very thorough and send you a very detailed breakdown of what your car needs, now, soon, and later. This is not free, but a free diagnostic doesn't incentivize a shop to take their time and find it all. They did a transmission pan reseal for me and it was super smooth, and I would feel confident bringing my car into Mick's for anything to bog to tackle on my own.

Been taking my Toyota to Mick’s for years. I always receive good service. They do a good job of explaining what needs to be done or what service you are getting. Staff is very knowledgeable and always have high quality service. I highly recommend them.

The literal best mechanic in town. I was encouraged to go here by a close friend long before I made the switch and I’m kicking myself for dragging my feet for so long. I was at the dealer and life just seemed easier there, until I almost got hosed by the dealer. Shifted over the Micks and boy am I glad I did. They told me that what the dealer insisted was an urgent matter was actually not, and it could wait to be fixed until a large service. Tracy is the most knowledgeable person about cars I’ve ever met. And he’ll explain it to you so you’ll understand it. I don’t do cars and when he explains issues, I get it. I will forever take any car I own here and recommend it to everyone I know. Highly highly recommend.

Only been in with my Subaru twice so far, both times for minor routine maintenance. All aspects of the service have been very good, though a particularly praiseworthy event occurred on the last visit. After dropping off my car a day early, the next day I received a call from Robert letting me know that the primary maintenance work I requested was not actually due for another six months. I had confused the dates and brought the vehicle in sooner than necessary. Instead of just going ahead and doing the job anyway, Mick’s let me know—before any work was done—that I could appropriately wait another half a year before incurring the expense. While I would have expected no less, this demonstrated the honesty and commitment to excellent customer service that I suspect is just how the business rountinely operates. Needless to say, I will gladly return in six months when the maintenance is actually due.

We have taken both of our cars here for a couple of years now and I want to tell you, you will not meet a more honest set of mechanics. They have the most detailed break down sheets after the service of what is good, suggested future repairs/services, and necessary concerns to be addressed for your vehicle. Each member of their team is more than willing to explain the whole process and they’re extremely knowledgeable (especially Japanese makes). Nothing is forced, always just suggested. Mick's Automotive is not like other repair shops. This place is all about meticulous attention to every detail, when it comes to diagnosing and repairing your vehicle. They also communicate with customers in a thorough and professional way, providing updates in real time as the diagnosis and repair process proceeds. Nobody else does this, certainly not the service departments of dealerships. Tracy is a Master Toyota Technician; not only that, he also seems to actually want to explain things to the customer thoroughly enough that the customer will be able to understand complex issues regarding the vehicle. The whole staff is friendly and courteous and the atmosphere is quite positive at the shop. The unbelievable perk that they offer is loaner cars for customers to use while their vehicles are in the shop. Who does that? The customer just pays for the gas they use while using the loaner car. All In all, if you have a Japanese -make vehicle, you are wasting your time and your money anywhere else but Mick's Automotive.
