Auto Express Tire Pros in Santa Cruz

I went to “big**o” and felt very ripped off. Paul was a little disconnected but I was stressed, I put a lot of money in my car. It was sensible that he made the repairs that I needed. I actually wanted to provide the parts, not to be “over-charged” as a single mom. He allowed it. I didn’t ultimately do that because, Yes, I could have provided the parts marginally cheaper but they were SO great that I decided chasing parts locally at a discount was not worth it. I’m a fan, thanks @paul - thank you for making me feel safe in my FAVORITE car, not my best car

Quick and Easy I needed 2 new tires and they were able to get them in the day after I called. I showed up the next day and took maybe 20 minutes to get the new tires on. It was quick and easy.

Be skeptical of this business. I am very disappointed in my experience at Auto Express Tire Pros today :( We chose to go to Auto Express Tire Pros to support a local small business. We went in for a leak on one of our tires. While discussing potentially solutions to this problem, they mentioned that the tire pressure sensor (the electronic mechanism that continuously reads the car's tire pressure) on a separate tire was broken. We explained that we have experienced no issues with any of our tire pressure sensors and they were all functioning normally (confirmed by an external tire pressure and they are automatically adjusting as we refill or deflate our tires). However, we were repeatedly told to replace all our sensors, a $409 charge. Instead, we elect to get a second opinion. At this new location, the first question they ask is if we've been having problems with the car's tire pressure system and they proceed to check all our tires. Not only do they tell us that there is nothing to worry about and it would be obvious if our sensor's were dead, they patch the tire in 15 minutes free of charge. I doubt I will ever return here and urge everyone else to be skeptical of this business. Know your stuff and get second opinions when possible.

I was visiting Santa Cruz on vacation and on my drive there my headlight burnt out. This team was able to get me in and fix it within 45 minutes! Great service at a great price! Highly recommend!

The other day I had what I considered an "emergency" and instead of driving all the way over to the dealership I stopped in at the nearest Auto Express for help. Good decision! They were able to help me not only with my immediate problem but also did a few more tasks, like check my tires, air filters etc., at no charge. I was impressed and will continue to use Auto Express for my auto needs. It was fast and efficient and reasonably priced. I've been recommending them now to my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you to all who were involved in helping me out:))

A few years ago I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it for me complimentary. When I needed a smog test, I looked to see if they did them and headed over there the same morning. Thought I’d have to wait since it was around 9am on a Saturday. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The price was great too. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here!

Been coming there for few years already, started with oil change, then the breaks, tires, always willing to take care of anything I had to throw at them. :) Had my truck’s breaks acting out after move, found out that needed both rotors and breaks that gave out after almost 5-7 years. Took it in at 9:30 And all was done by 12-1. Been sending my family and friends there and will put my name behind them any day.

I had my entire suspension redone by Auto Express Tire Pros. They did a great job and my car drives like new! The owner and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair with the repair pricing. I highly recommend them for both repairs and maintenance (every oil change is with them)
