I try to return my battery buy last month but no history Brian the guy work at auto zonewater st santa cruz.im no good english he help until done for make sure that guy name Brian histhe best.

This auto shop provides excellent service. Each employee was patient, and very helpful. Brian helped me check my engine light issue. He was knowledgeable, kind and thorough; and he provided a print-out of the findings. Highly recommend.

I stopped in to drop off a battery for disposal and to get a new fuse for the cigarette lighter socket. Before I even finished the exchange for the battery, the guy behind the counter takes a phone call then just gives me a thumbs up when I sign for the exchange, as if I'm done rather than asking if there's anything more I needed. When I didn't leave the counter, he put the call on hold to ask what else I needed. Then I asked him to help me find the right fuse. He proceeds to tell me, after a very brief computer search, that they don't have it (which I'm sure is b.s.) and tries to direct me to a universal cigarette lighter, which is not what I need at all. Meanwhile, one of the employees, is walking around with his phone blasting a talk radio show hosted by an angry, gruff-voiced host. People are trying to ask this associate questions while his phone is blaring. Completely unprofessional.

Bought my son his first car and took him to auto zone to get a few items. Brian helped us find all the things we needed and didn't know we needed. He even taught my son how to look up how to replace or install the parts he purchased. We got him a new side mirror, cleaner for the headlights and tested the battery, which it didn't need and set the computer so the sensor light was not on. It was like we were talking to a mechanic, but without the cost of a mechanic. Brian is a Great Employee Auto Zone!!!!

Brian was super helpful and i was able to get new windshield wipers very quickly and he even installed them for me. Was in and out in less that ten minutes. Will definitely be back. Thanks Brian!!

I wish I got the man's name, but I went in today to read my check engine light and he was so patient and helpful with explaining things to me. I really appreciated it and would definitely go back for other auto needs.

This auto zone is lucky to have an employee like Bryan... He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate him. That man should be a manager cause he has the skills to be a great leader. Thank you Bryan, cause of you I'll go back to this location.
