Seth was awesome. He gave me an accurate quote and walked me through all the replacement options - from least expensive (but quality) to a factory comparable replacement. The auto complex is clean and their shop top notch. He and Gordon, Watson tinting, are both professionals and trustworthy. I will be giving their info to anyone I hear of that needs window replacement or tinting.

Took care of my FJ. Out of the 5 places I called in Santa Cruz, they were the only ones that were familiar with what had actually needed to be done in order to replace my windshield (Molding replacement) while other places quoted me without recognizing the need to the molding replacement. Their team is knowledgeable in the field. Made an appointment and had it done the same day as the appointment. Great work and offered solutions to replace the molding which is a quite a mission to acquire. Seth did a fantastic job! Great job and service! Very friendly, flexible with schedule, and competent technician who does an excellent job at a reasonable price. In addition to the main work of replacing glass, he also performed several minor repairs to my car at my request. Highly recommended!

I almost made the mistake of going through safelite. It's a long story, but I ended up calling acumen and Seth helped me 1000%. He got me everything I needed and came in on the following day, a Saturday, to get it done. And done right! I would recommend this place to everyone! Much less expensive than safelite, as well.
