Weston's Auto Body & Paint in Santa Cruz

I brought my 4Runner to Westons Auto Body And Paint for a front end fender bender claim. Every single step of the way it was by far the absolute best auto body experience I have ever had. Alex was the nicest dude and took care of all the paperwork, scheduling, ordering, and adjustments with the insurance for me. The work was absolute top notch. I am a super picky designer and the paint and fitment was perfection. Not only that but it only took them a few days to do the entire job including getting the parts! They went way above and beyond helping me with a few other things on my truck that wasn’t even part of the claim. I have been to the best auto body places all over Santa Cruz and I can tell you that Westons Auto Body And Paint is hands down the best there is.

Fast forward to now, my car was in an accident and I took it to Weston’s. Alex and team were extremely communicative - a step ahead of the insurance company, every step of the way. I am so glad I discovered Weston's about 5 years ago after a minor fender-bender. They did an excellent job repairing the damage on my car, were honest and fair. Last year someone did a hit-and-run on my car when it was parked in front of my house, which cracked and scratched the bumper and knocked it out of alignment. Again, Weston's did a great job and worked with my insurance company. (In fact, I went back to Weston's after the shop my insurance company suggested as their preferred shop still hadn't given me an estimate after two weeks - Weston's provided one same day, IIRC.) This year I had two minor issues (side mirror clipped and knocked out, wheel liner damaged) and again it was Weston's to the rescue. For the first job I worked with Robert, after that I've worked with Alex - both great guys!

Huge shoutout to Alex and the team at Weston’s auto body. Alex was a huge help from the beginning to the end. I had my car back in no time and it was as if I never even got into an accident. While repairing the original damage Alex let me know of another small repair that would have cost thousands had I done it at a later date. He helped me save a ton of money! Lastly, he offered me to come back in 60 days for a wash/wax on the house. I'm grateful I chose them for my repairs impeccable service from start to finish.

I met with a few auto body shops here in Santa Cruz as my brand new Audi Q5 got hit on the driver side panel. A lot of other shops had delays to even get an estimate, over-estimated, were rude or just unprofessional. Weston’s did an amazing job! Got the quote immediately, it was in line with my insurance no problem. The car looks brand new again and spotless and the most appreciation I have for them is they are kind, professional and don’t cut corners at all. They got me in quickly and kept to their word on when I’d have it back. So many places have terrible customer service these days but these guys are so accommodating, helpful and friendly.

After an accident and a headache with insurance, Weston's was a much-needed breeze to work with! Even during labor shortages and part delays they were able to quickly book me in for autobody work, and dealt with insurance directly. I had my car back in about two weeks which in the current environment is a miracle. Because they are not one of the insurance company's official shops, they are able to use higher quality parts than my insurance wanted them to at no cost to me - and they negotiated it directly. Much better quality of work than I would have received otherwise! I cannot stress how nice, friendly, and honest their whole staff was. This was my first accident and first major repair and they made me feel comfortable. They guarantee their work, the final result was beautiful and the quality was excellent! I could not be happier! I've been coming here over the last couple years and have always loved the personal approach that they have. I took in my old Subaru when it got wrecked and they saved me money on my deductible! That says a lot right there. I now take in my Audi for any custom work I need done. They do amazing work and stand behind everything they do. I highly recommend this body shop. You'd be stupid to take it anywhere else.

Weston's is fantastic! Got rear ended which impacted my bumper, spare tire shell, and the back door. The pictures just don't do it justice to show how well they did! The back of my car is so shiny and brand new again. They did such a quality job and their service/communication is 10/10. Dealing with insurance with them was also a breeze. Definitely recommend this place - I am too happy with the job they did!
