I just got my Toyota Venza repaired after my car got hit while parked. The repair job and customer service at Fanucci's was incredible. They made the whole process seamless, got me in for an appointment quickly, dealt with the insurance and rental car pick up/drop off and I got my car back 2 days earlier than originally planned. I highly recommend!

Just had our 2024 RAV 4 Prime repaired after backing it into a concrete pillar. This is our 3rd repair by Fanucci's over the past many years and we couldn't be happier. Great family operation. So easy to work with. Finished the job just under the estimate and ready on time. The car was a bit dirty inside and out when I dropped it off. Besides a great repair job, the car was detailed inside and out! Felt like we had a brand new car again! Thanks for an excellent job!

When my girlfriend's car was vandalized, my insurance directed me to this shop. The female receptionist became a wall for no reason when I was trying to get an estimate. She was extremely rude, and seemed to have no idea why I was calling - which is weird, because this is a very routine service request. What was the point of being a gatekeeping girlboss at me? I literally got turned away for no reason. Classic Santa Cruz.

Fanucci’s is the BEST! they go above and beyond. They provide very fast and high quality work. I took my car in to have the bumper repaired and they had it done in one day. They also washed the inside and outside of my car which saved me a trip to the car wash. I would definitely go back to them!

I was introduced to this shop after a car accident and they did solid work getting my car back into shape. But the reason why I'm writing today is that I came back because my rear running lights weren't working. They looked into it quickly and fixed the broken fuses in a matter of minutes and didn't charge me anything! Not only that they showed me how to do it myself in the future.
