They were really great! They were fast, kind, to the point, and even gave it a nice wash and I’m fairly sure they cleaned the inside a bit. They are pretty well connected with hertz that’s in walking distance for anyone who needs a rental and hertz gives a deal just for choosing Capitola auto body. All in all my experience was great. No complaints here

Poor communication, terrible customer service, rude and defensive staff, their phone system is not in service half the time so it makes it hard to get ahold of them, it took two weeks just to get an estimate for damage after waiting a week for an appointment, and not even a courtesy call or text to let me know it’s been completed so I could reach out to insurance, even though I had been getting automated texts throughout the two week period updating me about the estimate progress. Overall a regrettable and frustrating experience, a little bit of communication would have been appreciated and gone a long way to make a stressful situation easier.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop and everyone in it!! From Mike the estimator to the front desk agent Ivan, everyone was a total joy to work with!! They even cleaned my car and made her look so purrty 😍 the repair work was phenomenal and only matched by the customer service. Thank you so much to everyone here. Anytime I need car help, I will be back. And I have already told my friends. Great work, guys!

Fixed up my WRX after a low speed collision. Work is high quality, people were easy to deal with, and they even gave me a ride after the drop off. Highly recommend.

I was thrilled with the quality of the repair to my car. The people doing the bodywork are true artists. Not just anyone can do this job. The type of damage the hood of the car had- you need to have real talent and training to remove and repair the dents scratches, etc. The paint job afterward was tremendous. I was very concerned a difficult shade of metallic orange to blend. The paint job was perfect. When I got the car back, it had also vacuumed, washed and waxed. I felt like I was getting into a brand new vehicle. I highly recommend this team. Photos to come.
