They did a good job restoring the vehicle after a bear ripped out the inside of the car. The job took longer than initially estimated, however, the work looks great.

I got absolutely reamed on 17 and had damage almost everywhere. I had an appt set up within two hours of the crash, they repaired it in two weeks, and had clear and consistent communication throughout the whole process. Sean was super helpful and answered all my questions. Great service! Highly recommend if you're in the unfortunate situation of needing repairs after an accident.

Sean and team are the absolute best! Hands down the best experience I've had at any business in Santa Cruz. You won't be strung along here, or ignored! Plus my car was ready a week ahead of schedule. I will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Highly reccomend!

I chose caliber collusion as my auto repair shop when my car was in an accident, and they brought it back to life supper happy with the results! Staff in the office were supper friendly and greeted me right away as soon as I walked in. Sean was great super nice guy and understanding very much appreciate the team. Caliber Collision employees were very friendly and finished my repairs in a timely manner, but their color matching is sadly disappointing with sun faded paint. There is an unfortunate contrast between the paint on my replaced bumper and the rest of the car.

Had my truck repaired at caliber when I went to pick a day after the promised date, it up had a blemish in the new paint I'm not sure how it wasn't caught since the area that was repaired was only 6 inches in diameter, even though they did repair it took another day .When I picked the truck up they had washed the exterior but left polishing compound on all the seals and surfaces around the doors and in the door jams. On the bill which was covered by my insurance there's a $250 radar calibration fee even though the truck doesn't have radar or adaptive cruise control that was on top of the $250 calibration fee for other sensors. Even though I didn't have to pay for this it's an example of why insurance rates are so out of control. I do have to say that Mary my service advisor was pleasant and nice.

A few months ago, I accidentally drove my new truck into a deep ditch, causing some minor damage to the right front end. I decided to stop by a local service center to inquire about the cost of repairing the issue. Specifically, the front quarter panel had become detached, with all the clips that secured it to the other panel popping loose. I spoke with Sean Steiner, the service advisor, and explained that I was hoping to have the panel reattached without any additional repairs, such as painting or replacing parts. I also mentioned that I intended to cover the costs out of pocket rather than file an insurance claim. Sean then asked if I had a few minutes to wait, and promptly took the vehicle into the garage to have one of his technicians assess the situation. To my surprise, within just a few minutes, the quarter panel was fully repaired and securely clipped back into place. Sean then informed me that the repair would be provided at no charge. I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received, particularly the quick turnaround time and the generosity shown. Sean went above and beyond to assist me with this minor issue, and his thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. From the warm reception, to this amazing free & quick repair I'm total impressed with this company & it's employees.
