Firestone Complete Auto Care in Santa Clara

Be careful: This shop will damage your car in order to entice you to buy overpriced repairment services from them. I did a $9.99 complete car inspection there on Saturday. I left my car there and let them inspect it. I received a phone call from them after 2 and half hours and the man introduced their repairment services. I asked the man how many millimeters left on the rear brake pads, and he said 5 mm and 6 mm, and suggested me change them, and he also suggested me change battery ($250). I rejected all services. The next day (today), the yellow engine light is turned on, and when I brake as waiting under the traffic light, I can clearly feel the shake of the car is much more obvious. Actually, before the inspection, the shake of the car is not obvious and no yellow engine light. No way I will order any service from this greedy auto shop

The manager, Mike, was extremely professional and trustworthy. I could have gotten a little bit of a better deal on tires elsewhere price-wise, but I would have not gotten the peace of mind and assurance that was provided to me by Mike and his crew. I will be coming back to this Firestone for all my auto needs, and I will be bringing my family and friends with me for their auto needs

Mgr Mike and Juan are super customer focused - patient, empathetic, courteous and overall super helpful. They've helped me on multiple occasions with urgent issues - battery replacement and diagnostics. I have also been here for general preventative maintenance and have been very happy. So much so that I still visit this location even though there's another one that's closer to my home.

This Firestone has never disappointed!! Michael has been helping us for years and he has always made the experiences painless. I have nothing but great things to say about their service and their work. From brakes to tires they have your best interest in mind. Also not to mention the response time to fixing your car is incredible!!

Fantastic customer service!!! Been going to Firestone on ElCamino in Santa Clara for years. Always taken care of my tires, whether new or to fix a flat. Got us in and out so fast!!

This place is great. The employees are awesome and they do an excellent job in a very reasonable time. The location is also nice, the seating area is spacious and clean (though they could consider getting a new TV) and the rest rooms are decent. I have been to this location twice and will go back again for any car maintenance needs.

He was knowledgeable and clear, helping me feel confident in making informed decisions for my vehicle. Although it was a bit of an investment, I feel good about the money spent, knowing my car is in great shape. Highly recommend asking for Mike if you visit – his professionalism and customer care made all the difference!
