America's Tire in Santa Clara

I ordered tires from tire rack and got it delivered to this location. Booked an appointment online for 1:00. Came on time. They took the car to replace the tires It took about 1 hour 20 minutes to complete the whole process. They had free Wi-Fi inside which allowed me to get some work done, although the Wi-Fi speed was a bit on the slower side. Overall, it was a good service!

I had a disappointing experience at America’s Tire. I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 PM and opted to wait for my car. However, the service was incredibly slow—it wasn’t finished until 5:15 PM. To make matters worse, no one informed me when my car was ready, despite the fact that I was sitting there the entire time. I had to go up and ask about it myself. The lack of communication and long wait made for a frustrating and unpleasant visit. I expected better efficiency and customer service.

We went to Americas tire at Steven’s creek because of a flat tire in the late hours of a friday which was today. They were kinda busy but Patrick attended to us and said they will try their best to help us. We are so blown away by their work ethics and professionalism. They did repair our tire and we were able to drive home safely. Thank you Patrick and the whole team of Steven’s Creek. We will definitely comeback for our tire replacement when the time comes.

I’ve used America’s Tires for years and they have never disappointed. I recently got a flat and tried to get in elsewhere, but most appointments were not available until the next day. America’s Tires not only got me in within 30 minutes, but got my flat and wiper blades changed all within a couple of hours. Highly recommend this location and the team. I came in last minute to have my tires repair, and I was blow away with the service! the team not only tried to repair it, but they put my safety first and replaced my tire even though they were closed. I've been a loyal client with a discount tire. But with this excellent service, I'm a client for life. Great experience. Professional treatment. Appointment system worked well. Waited during service. Full tire exchange took little less than thirty minutes. Team informed me during the install about status and how much longer it will take. The best was how the team reacted to an issue with my order. I had ordered two set of tires from outside companies, and cancelled one, but the cancelled tires still ended up at their place. Long story short. The wrong tires ended up on my car, which wasn’t their failt. They fixed the issue without any discussion and made the experience a breeze. No arguing, no uncomfortable situation. They even comped me the difference in cost, which made me super happy. Everyone was super friendly. Would totally recommend and come back.

I wouldn't go back. They scratched my band new rims and lost one of the valve stems I supplied. When I mentioned these mistakes to the rep at the front desk, he said I only gave them 3 valve stems. I'm sure I dropped off 4 valve stems. They ignored my comment on the rim scratches. The employees I spoke to seemed nice, but the technicians clearly didn't care. Sloppy work, low effort.

The establishment is impeccably clean, equipped with a comfortable waiting area, and offers convenient online case tracking, as well as mobile updates via messages and calls once the job is done.
