Happy The Owner is amazing. He’s fair and he takes care of your needs. This is the best spot to get new and used tires for your vehicle. Hands-down and the prices are decent. You should be happy to go visit happy and he’ll make you happy during your visit.
This shop is incredible! After hitting a pothole and getting a flat, they gave me a great price on new tires and even fixed a few things for me. The next day, I hit another pothole, and my new tire went flat. Even though they were closed, the owner stayed late to replace it and make sure I was safe for my two-hour drive home. Their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service are unmatched. Highly recommend! Amazing customer service!!
Called, guy said he had the specific tires in stock, got there and the kid said no, their boss answers the phone and hes out and about. When calling why the F would you have someone answer who isn't at the location or can confirm. Stupid business practice gets a poor review. Not worth the call unless you go in person. No guarantees.
A-1 Tires resolved my problems recently with my Bimmer by replacing my lug nuts and a new tire. Very impressed with their new service & manager/owner. I’m on the road again. I do recommend speaking to the owner before and after the worked is done. I can say they are working on improvements & better communication with customers. Recently updated.
I called the shop to check on a particular used tire brand and size and the owner told me to call him in 10 minutes so that he can check for the exact size and brand. After I called him he said that he has 2 in stock. I told him that I will be at a shop in 20 minutes and I was there on time. After I reached he started looking for the tire and after 15 minutes I have only one of those, and then the guy installing the tire said that you don't have even one. I am not sure it this is a business practice or what but lying to a customer to get them to the shop so that they can charge them on is not a good business ethics. Anybody reading this review do not trust on what they say as I was like to or 3 times in the same interaction.
Recently had some work done to my lifted 2005 Silverado 4x4. The people are very friendly. The owner worked with me in diagnosing the combination of issues I was having. Extremely fair pricing. I even had a conversation with a few other mechanics friends of mine. They too thought I got an excellent deal for the amount of work done.
