Very good, thorough, effective service. Took he time to analyze issue and resolved it (making sure before I picked up the car). They are sometimes booked out a bit in advance, but a small price to pay for quality work.
I had very positive experience getting a service work done here. Both Ron and Jessica were thorough and prompt. Everything went perfectly. I was able to drop my car off when I wanted. The work was done promptly and my car was ready so much earlier than I expected. I enjoy seeing the video that is sent by the tech and my service advisor, Jeremy was as helpful and pleasant as ever. It’s so nice not to dread a service appointment!
Prices are reasonable for parts and service, easy to get an appointment and I’ve never had a problem with the work done. Management is receptive and easy to work with, and bend over backward to make sure your car gets what it needs. They are sporadic with the videos for service, and could work on the minor things like ensuring tire pressure is correct, and making sure they clean up afterwards. (Grease on wheels after replacement, etc) sometimes the washes aren’t spot free for pickup.
( Update) Every visit to Stevens Creek Porsche is a joy. Our car came back ahead of schedule, and just like brand new. Runs great, looks great! And they even gave us a similar model car as a loaner. A+ all around!!! Thank you for everything :) Amazing service, best team. Our neighborhood has very dusty mountain roads, and a serious problem with tree sap, but our car looked brand new! I even fooled my husband saying we should buy this new car! LOL! Thank you so much. Porsche never disappoints, and Stevens Creek excels!!

I purchased my Macan S in 2019 from Porsche Stevens Creek along with the 5 year maintenance plan. I have had all services at this location and I could not be happier. Troy C. has been my service advisor a few times now and he is always extremely helpful. He texts updates, which I appreciate. All the paperwork is signed with e-signature which I also appreciate since I have to limit contact due to having asthma in the pandemic. The services have always been wonderful. This last service I received a video tour of what was done to my car by the tech who worked on it and that was so cool! Thank you so much Troy and the tech crew at Porsche Stevens Creek! I m so happy!!

Had a dashcam installed. The dashcam was installed. The system requires enabling an app on the phone and this step required me to intervene in asking for help. Would have been nice if the service dept facilitated this step. Tough to gain access to videos without this help.
Troy was amazing to work with. Professional, communicative and punctual. Not that you need a reason to own a Porsche beyond the amazing performance you can expect from its cars, but the service is leaps and bounds beyond the competition.

First class service all the way. Being able to pull directly into the service bay was very convenient since it was raining. I was early but Troy Corriere was able to check me in right away. He was very professional and even offered me something to eat or drink. I was just in for the 20,000 mile service which was included with my car, but Troy was able to send all four rims out to be refinished. He took care of everything. They gave me a loaner car for the week. The team at Porsche is better than Land Rover, Maserati, and BMW. Great service Porsche.

Troy listened and addressed all my concerns. Troy assured me that if issues were to continue to just bring it back in. I just wished that the loaners they offered were comparable to what the clients drive. Not so much of a issue since it was a short service period, but if I m dropping off a Taycan CT for service, I d hope to receive at least a plug-in hybrid Panamera as a loaner.

Troy was quick and helped me with my car. Everything was fantastic with Troy s help. For the dealership car wash side: I would give a 4/5. My car had alot of specs here and there liked it wasnt washed fully! Oops? It is all alright anyway.

They couldn t be better. Easy to schedule, kind and informative. They do a great job of keeping me updated on progress of my car repairs. I highly recommend them. I ve even Cross checked the prices and they re very reasonable and competitive with Costco tire, for example.

They turned my service order for a failed spoiler (991.2 Turbo S) around in very good time. This was much appreciated as I had just purchased the car from. So-Cal dealer who KNEW I was receiving it with a failed spoiler. That was very disappointing. All good things to say about Steven s Creek, however.
I have been getting my cars serviced at Stevens Creek Porsche for 10+ years. My experience in the past has been great. However my recent service experience was sub-par and not acceptable. I had an appointment on 10/30 at 1:00PM my advisor was Troy Corriere. I arrived at the dealership and was told to wait at Troy s desk, after waiting about 15 minutes I was informed that Troy was out to lunch at my appointment time. I found that frustrating, luckily another advisor helped me and the car was checked in. Later that day Troy texted to inform me that the car could not be looked at until Saturday, my appointment was on Wednesday. Why have me bring the car in when it s known that it cannot be looked at for 3 days? Saturday afternoon I received a text from Troy stating the issue was resolved, but the tires should be replaced. I was given a quote and I approved the tire replacement. On Monday morning I texted Troy for an update and did not receive a response. On Monday afternoon I called the service center and spoke to another advisor who informed that Troy didn t work on Mondays and that the tires were never approved. No one is assigned to cover customers when the advisors are not working? The work on the car was done properly, as usual, the customer service was not. I will likely continue to have my car serviced at Stevens Creek Porsche, but I hope my next experience is not a repeat of this one. I m not quite sure why I too the time to give you this feedback as I m sure I will not hear back from anyone.

Service was great, I had a check engine light appear after installing some aftermarket grill guards. It turns out the grill guards were impacting the airflow vents sas those vents are not fixed and open and close dynamically. Technician was able to diagnose it quickly and fix the issue. Overall service is excellent, I would recommend this service center location.
Throughout the sales, finance and service the team is the best! I have gotten about 10+ cars over the years and been disappointed by others. I am relieved to have found them over 6 years ago.
