Since then Lexus of Stevens Creek has expanded rapidly, and is now the #1 new and used Lexus retailer in Northern California (also actually the largest of all the luxury vehicle brands), and has the largest Service & Parts Department. Why? Because we like to do things "differently" than the usual car business. We're not perfect, and do make mistakes, but we always try to do the right thing, and make up for any mistakes.

I had a great experience at Stevens Creek Lexus Service Center. I went there with my Lexus for service including oil change and also for replacing the mirror on the driver side. Everything happened quickly and professionally. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Will come back and would definitely recommend!
I am beyond grateful for the honest and transparent service provided by this incredible team. After purchasing a used car in LA County, a sudden family emergency required us to hit the road. When we arrived in San Jose, the service light came on, and since we weren’t familiar with the car’s previous service history, we decided to get it checked while in town. Consistently excellent service. Been coming here for about 7 years. Lately they replaced glass from an attempted theft. They did a very thorough job and helped me with a loaner for as long as I needed it. It was really great to rely on them during this difficult time. Definitely tracking for future car upgrade due to such caring service. My service manager was Jaime Armas
Jaimie was exceptional throughout the entire process. KDSS system had a leak only at 23K miles on my 23' GX460. Glad to still be under factory warranty. Thank you again to Jaimie and the Techs at Steven's Creek Lexus.
I brought my Lexus in for a routine oil change and i got assistance from Angel. Angel Answer all of my questions professionally. Once the oil change was completed, Angel went through all the things such as the tire thread, internal filters, brake fluid etc. to make sure my car was up to date and running smoothly. Car is running and looks brand new. Thanks again Angel!
This place is very nice and its staff is always very friendly, especially the person who helped me, Ramsin Pourgevargis. He was exceptional. He deserves not 5 stars but 10 stars for the service and my car problem. I wouldn't hesitate to return because it was an extremely good experience.
