I had my GMC Yukon brakes done back in October - he is very punctual and very communicative. He came to my house and changed my front brake pads at a great price —after they were changed unfortunately, I had some issues where they were squeaking nonstop. I thought they were gonna break in, but they never stopped squeaking. He Was very receptive and came out to check them. Everything seemed fine and he said that possibly the brake pads might be defective and he would warranty them unfortunately after that conversation- we lost contact my family got sick and it was the holidays etc ,needless to say we stopped communicating. Fast-forward to now- i am driving my wife’s car recently, and the squeak is worse and still there. I contacted him and mentioned that we had texted before and we had spoken and he came right out changed the brake pads under Warranty. now everything Is good no more noise and it drives and brakes excellent-very honest business and very communicative and punctual, I would highly recommend them. I will be calling them to do my other cars brakes when they are due ——thanks For your help guys!
