Totally useless, came here to change a battery and the man running the store refused to leave the desk to help change the battery. Asked me to do it myself

Betty was SOOO helpful, she even went aboce and beyond and installed my new battery for me.
I had a wonderful experience at this O’Reilly earlier today. I needed a new battery and called to see if they had a matching battery and if they could do the installation. Josie, who attended me, said they needed to check the car. I came in and we took a look. Unfortunately, my car had some tubes above the battery and she said they couldn’t do it. I decided to buy their battery and take it to another shop to get it installed. Josie even offered to call some of their partner mechanics to see if they were available for a quick battery install. As she was about to make the phone call, she noticed one of their mechanic clients was there picking up some gear. She asked him and we did the installation right then and there! I got a little lucky there with the timing, but Josie’s attention and care for me(the customer) was outstanding. Thanks Josie!
I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase from O'Reilly Auto Parts. I bought a motor oil, only to find out when I got home that it had already been opened and partially used. This was not mentioned anywhere at the time of purchase, and I expected to receive a brand-new product. It’s frustrating to pay full price for something that clearly isn’t in new condition. I trust stores like O'Reilly to maintain high standards, but this experience was a letdown. When I went back to return the item the customer service wasn’t willing to do a refund, i hope they take more care with their inventory in the future.
I’m extremely disappointed with this shop, I purchased mobile oil for my car, The product I received was clearly used, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. I expected to receive new, high-quality car oil, but instead, I got an opened and partially used bottle. This is completely unacceptable, and I feel deceived. I will not be buying from this seller again and would not recommend them to anyone. Very poor experience.when I talk with the customer service they were not really helpful to fix the problem even told me I can’t get a refund!
I wanted to give a shoutout to Betty for helping me the other day. I had bought a new car battery from Costco and brought it in thinking they would be able to do a swap, but I was informed they wouldn’t be able to install it unless it was purchased directly from them. However, Betty was nice enough to give me a referral to Rodrigo from Start Auto Body down the street and he was able to swap my battery in less than 20 minutes. As an added bonus, I also found out they were able to repair some cosmetic damage on my car shortly after the battery swap, which they did a killer job on. Just wanted to say thanks again, Betty. Really appreciate your help!
I was so impressed by the customer service at this location. Betty helped us find windshield wiper replacements for my car as well as an air filter. She was helpful, knowledgable, and very friendly. Interacting with her was such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location.

I just got a new battery cause the old one completely broke out of nowhere. My check-engine light was on and there was a burning smell when I turned on the ac. I was panicking and this store was the only one open. Thank you so much to Lance and John for helping me even though it was late!! Big shout out to them both!

I want to say thanks to Andrew! I had a dead battery today. Andrew was very friendly and patient and passionate about his job even he just worked only for a few months there. He helped to install the new battery and doubchecked after I started the engine. It was a busy Friday evening but he still reached extra mile to help customers!

I needed a replacement pedal cover for my clutch. One guy who works there help me find the right pedal cover and he was a really nice guy. I didnt get his name but he had a leg brace.

Bought rear brake light bulb from this location and asked the associate to help me put it in my van but they refused saying thaf they are short staffed and the guy who knows how to install bulbs is not here today & i have to come back tomorrow. While i was about to leave in my car i saw one of there associate coming and helping out a lady in her BMW installing bulbs in her headlight. I confornted him and asked him to call your manager but he shut his door on me saying we dont have managet available. Stay away from this store.... RUDE staff

Came here on Sunday 01/22 at 9:40am and apparently they can open and close the store whenever.. when I arrived it was locked and the open sign was off (pic attached) called the store and they let it ring for close to 3 mins a women answered told me they should be open at 8am thats what is says on Google and she told me well Im not sure well then I guess Ill be going to another store. This was wild and super unprofessional.. I will not becoming back here and if anyone sees this please just go to autozone...
This location like too many others have most of what I need. But it seems that nobody seems to understand that when you have a customer in the store that customer didnt come there to see if their car could make it. The employees are too busy walking around the stock room or answering phones to help the customer there waiting to spend their money.
They are way overpriced! Bought 2 H11 HEADLIGHT BULBS and because I was in a hurry and had to get the job done, I said whatever! But $40.00 for 2 BASIC BULBS!?!?! AND AUTOZONE HAD THEM FOR $15.00 FOR BOTH! $25.00 CHEAPER! OREILLYS HAS ALWAYS OVERCHARGED! AND I AM A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT!

I bought a pair of snow chain before my trip to Tahoe but they didn t have them in store so they told me they will ship them to the store and call me when it s ready. Never called me. I went there a week later asking for the chain it s no longer there and the employee there said they can t refund me because they don t know if I ve picked them up already. Not having the snow chain I ordered is already causing huge inconvenience for me, they won t even refund me!!! What kind of robbery is this?

Javier and team were great. I bought some Marine deep cycle batteries in November in another state last year and they stopped holding a charge a few weeks ago. After a quick deep dive Javier pulled them up and offered an upgrade if I wanted to pay the difference to AGM type Platinum Deep Cycles so I pulled the trigger. I wish I had come in a month ago before battery prices skyrocketed but now Im sitting pretty in my lowrider class A RV. Good times at Ocean Oreilleys! The parking lot needs asphalt badly though. Also lock everything around here this block is saturated with junkies.

The place had less inventory the day I went. The person at the counter was not too enthusiastic about helping a customer. I purchased a socket based on what fit my car on the oriely website, turned out to be too big as nd wouldnt fit. I went back to return the item only to be met with rude employees who said returns werent allowed. I showed them the conversation I had with the customer support agent from oriely website, only after that they allowed to return the item (after giving me a warning ) . The store needs to have decency to fix their website if a part doesnt fit a vehicle and accept responsibility rather than telling me its my fault. The only reason this review has 3 * is because only they were open late.

Went for a couple of quarts of oil after work. Quickly grabbed the engine live then stood at the counter for nearly 10 mins waiting for two employees to look up from there phones. Finally one looked up and said Whats up man?. As if I was at a BBQ uninvited. Would have complained to the store manager but noticed Ernesto, Store Manager. Immediately I thought these people people must have to FAIL a drug test pre-employment. The FB memes about Oriellys associates are designed around these people. I am a Auto Tech and have has commercial accounts with this establishment. I buy a lot more parts than the average customer and recently moved up here but I will not be shopping here any longer.
