I had a fantastic experience with GlassFixit Auto Glass! Suyog responded incredibly quickly and was extremely polite and professional throughout the process. His kind attitude and clear communication really stood out. The pricing was very reasonable, and he was able to fix the broken glass promptly and efficiently. Highly highly recommend for anyone needing fast, friendly, and affordable auto glass service.

1 Star – Do Not Recommend I brought my car in for a simple glass replacement and they ended up scratching the paint between the window and the body. I showed the owner clear pictures of the area from before the service — no scratches at all. Still, instead of taking responsibility, he tried to cover it up with some random white color, which only made things worse by staining the glass. When I confronted him and said this isn’t how you treat customers, he refused to admit fault and told me, “That’s all I can do.” No apology, no accountability, nothing. Extremely poor customer service. If you care about your car, stay away from this place.

Excellent service, quick, no fuss, professional and honest. Had a chip on my windshield and called them. They told me to drive by, in and out was 15 min and chip ai fixed. Awesome!

Came in for a new windshield installation and it could not have went smoother. The cost was very competitive with parts+labor (it would have cost about the same if I had purchased an aftermarket windshield for the part alone). The service was also super fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The owners were very courteous and it was easy to set up an appointment. Highly recommend their shop for any glass installations.

They replaced three broken windows including my back trunk window on my Hyundai ioniq hybrid within 2 hours. Saved me a couple days of waiting for parts at other repair shops! Great service, great price.

Quick service at a reasonable price. I'm always down for quality and swiftness. Quote was given over the phone and finding parking at the location was easy. They also do mobile service but at a higher cost, makes sense for the convenience. Will use again if needed in the future.

They open on Sunday!!! Just got my driver rear window replaced. Fair price, good service and customer service, thanks Suyog! Called to get a quote, came and waited for them to work on my car for like an hour and done, good to go! Their waiting room is very clean and spacious, that's a plus! Thanks guys and will come again when needed 👍🏻

Quick service and was the cheapest quote I got. Replaced Tesla model 3 windshield and was less than half what Tesla was charging me. Has a nice place with wifi to work. Suyog was quick to respond on txt for appointment etc.
