Very great customer service I picked up my 2017 Chrysler 300 and I was very impressed how they brought my car back to life. I like how they kept me updated as well with how the process was going with my car and they ended up finishing my car faster then expected with no flaws 10/10 experience would definitely recommend

I recently took my vehicle for repair to this caliber shop. The customer service was outstanding. As i walked thru the door i was greeted by Aj who was very helpful and was able to get me a rental. Jessica the manager was super friendly and helpful she kept me up to date with my vehicle needs and repairs. This location has a great team full of knowledge and experience, shown on the way my vehicle was worked on and returned. This will be my go to shop for further job repairs.

My car took almost HALF YEAR to fully done. Countless of BS during the process. Also got ghosted like a dozen times. E.g - “We have your car but XXX is sick, you may need to wait a little bit.” Turns out it will be 1-2 months wait. - “I placed the order of your tire”. After waiting a month, the order just vanish. - “I will call you in 1 hour / 1 day / whatever”. It never happened. I need to send them a request every week to remind them they forgot to tell me something. Btw they send some gifts for good reviews if you wonder why the rate is unrealistically high.

Worked with Kevin for my vehicle repair dropped off my Chevy Tahoe. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would receive updates throughout the entire process of my vehicle repair . It was even ready before date mentioned. The attention to detail and the quality of work exceeded my expectations . My insurance recommended Caliber to us and i was not disappointed! They over-communicated to me every step of the way. I appreciated this as I was aware of all things. They even finished the work earlier than expected. I realize a large part of the delay on work is based on parts and since we wanted OEM parts so that puts a strain on them. However, they got what was needed and even found a part that was supposed to be delayed sooner. Jason is definitely the person you want to work with. His dedication and service is incredible.
