Absolutely great service. My Tesla was rear ended - the lift gate had to be repaired, a tail light replaced and the rear bumper replaced. I worked with Rena throughout and she was extremely polite and courteous through the repair process. I got regular updates from her and eventually got the car quicker than anticipated. While the repair job was great, my car actually looked cleaner than when I originally bought it. It looked like they had also detailed the car inside and outside. I did not expect that so it was such a pleasant surprise. There's nothing like good customer service. I would highly recommend Caliber!

After leaving this shop I felt at ease and felt I made the right choice as I was confident I would get my vehicle back looking better than when it came off the assembly line. During repair, the shop sends emails to report progress. It also coordinates with nearby car rental Enterprise to pick up and drop off for car rental.

I was recommended to bring my Tesla here to this caliber collision by a friend and was not disappointed at all. The office staff was very friendly and Rena was a great service estimator, kept me updated from start to finish and got me my car back ahead of schedule looking good as new ! will most definitely be bringing my car back here for repairs in the future.

John was a huge help. Fast and efficient! I just went in for a quote but he quickly fixed my vehicle temporarily (until we can get it fixed) so that it is not a safety concern. I feel safe driving again until I can schedule service. Making an appointment was easy and they had same-day appointments.

Picked up my car today from Caliber Collisions after a bad driver rear ended it while it was parked. Thanks to the staff my car looked brand new. To be honest I really didn’t think it was possible for them to be able to fix it because of the year it is. Though after seeing how great it looked I was so happy, and on top of that they even cleaned the interior of my car. This place really goes beyond when it comes to fixing vehicles. Thank you to everyone that assisted me with this in such short notice! I definitely recommend others to go there!
