I had an excellent experience with the staff at this location! Before my visit, I called to ask about the wait time, and I spoke with Andy. He was incredibly helpful over the phone, taking the time to provide me with all the information I needed. When I arrived at the store, I had the opportunity to speak with Andy in person. He greeted me warmly and was just as informative as he had been on the phone. His willingness to assist and answer my questions made me feel valued as a customer. My salesperson, Andrew, was also outstanding. He guided me through the process with expertise and patience, ensuring that I understood all my options. He went above and beyond. Overall, I was impressed by the level of service I received and will definitely continue doing business with them in the future

10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend! I was looking to get my tires replaced here. I was warned not to do so. Someone I know did purchase tires from here and the technician forgot to put the lug nuts back on the tire!! To add insult to injury the whole incident was treated rather nonchalantly and this poor individual was asked by an agitated staff member what it was she (the customer) wanted them to do?!? Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve already shared this incident with many friends and family members to spread awareness and to avoid this sort of negligence and unprofessional behavior. For as much as they charge for tires and service you’d think that their techs were properly trained on how to change a tire. Thank God this mishap was caught in time before anyone was injured, or worst than that killed!!

I am still shaken and very flustered by the service I received. I waited for over 2 1/2 hours. I was told that my car was done. I left drove up the street and knew something was wrong with my car. It was wobbling shaking violently. I was very scared and unsure if I would make it back to the shop. Something was definitely wrong. I returned back didn't even drive all the way in there was grinding noises, the technician Rosy R came out, and I told her something was wrong very very wrong. It felt like my tire was gonna come off of my car. I went and look sure enough my car was missing multiple lug nuts. The tire was not on my car all the way secure the lug nuts that were there were not tightened. She proceeded to tell me they didn’t touch that tire, which is an absolute lie someone at that shop did. They at the very least were supposed to rotate the tires. I bought 3 new tires spent close to a thousand dollars. She then attempted to tighten the lug nuts. I then requested a supervisor which is when Andy (Andrew) came out I was visibly upset and shaken he proceeded to tell me that nobody was perfect. He didn’t seem too concerned about my safety. This could’ve been very catastrophic and detrimental. I told him this was negligent. He then told me no it wasn't because it wasn't intentional. The actual definition of negligence is unintentional carelessness. He asked me what I wanted the resolution to be, which was very strange to me, being asked to come up with my own resolution I mean how do you fix a significant issue like that. It was pure negligence and breach of Les Schwab’s duty of care to properly secure my wheels. It is totally unacceptable. I could have been gravely injured or my car could have been severely damaged. Andy seemed more interested in defending the tech he said more than once that in the year and half that they both worked at this particular location that this has never happened. His solution was to refund the shop fees which came out to around 90$ at this point I just needed to get out of there. I guess I was the unlucky one that pulled the short straw that day. Side note during my wait I didn't once ask when my car would be done I patiently waited so it wasn't because they were rushed on my accord. I did contact the corporate office with the 800 number provided online. A gentleman did answer listen to me told me that that should not have happened and that that site would get education. I DO NOT want to be contacted by that site’s management nor will I call the site to talk about this issue so whoever replies to these please do not suggest that. I’m not a person that ever leaves bad reviews my google review history is public. However I felt it my due diligence to share my experience in hopes it doesn’t happen to anyone else. UPDATE: Review update 35 mins after posting this review I was contacted by the site manager Andy when I clearly said I did not want to be contacted by them

Usually,, we hear about these big chain shops charging an arm and a leg but honestly, this Sanger location is affordable and they do treat you very professionally. The oil change plug was leaking so they fixed it within five minutes and didn’t charge me a penny. That’s what you call a good customer service!!

Got here early and was greeted as soon as I stepped foot out of the car. Battery was checked, possible issues explained, recommendations given and item replaced all within an hr. Best service when it comes to tires, oil changes and battery.

After taking my car to the dealership to have a tire assessed, I was told that the tire would need to be replaced. I then opted to take my car to Les Schwab in Sanger. I spoke with Jesse and Andy and both explained what the issue was and offered their professional advise. I decided to replace all four tires with Open Range tires. The ride is extremely comfortable with an 85,000 mile warranty in addition to many other perks! They did a thorough complimentary inspection of my car as well and had my car back quickly! Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. At Les Schwab, I was treated like family and very well taken care of! Thank You! 😊

So glad we came to get our tires rotated. They came to tell us that they noticed our shocks were bad. Brayden came to show us how bad they were even though we did not ask. He went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and safe. Grateful because we were going to make a trip soon. I highly recommend this Sanger location.Thank you Les Schwab Sanger.

I've said many times in private, this time in public. I absolutely hate Les Schwab. Overpriced services and tires (that's how they make up their losses for free tire repair). I went in there being lazy and didn't want to do an oil change or tire rotation myself. I was told $95 for both. Not an issue when I don't have to do it. The problem is, that they told me my front tires were too far gone to rotate to the back, (they were worn but not over worn) also they wear going on the back not the front and the back tires have tons of meat left of them. They gave me the "Express Price" afterwards, which came out to $83. So, I waited a total of 3 hours and paid $83 for an oil change and now have to rotate my own tires anyways which was the ONLY reason I went in the first place and was willing to wait 3 hours. Never again will I go back there. I'll spend $30 and do my own oil change like I was doing. NOT TO MENTION, that they didn't even clean up all the oil the spilled all over that ended up spraying down my chassis to my rear axle, that was a nice bonus to clean up.
