Zero stars if that was an option! One of my friends said she knew the guy that works there since I mentioned I needed work done to my vehicle. First of all, their estimates are absurd. When I let them know that I was going to get estimates elsewhere first because it seemed really high, the thicker taller man started to become extremely rude. The whole time he was giving my 17 year old niece creepy looks/eyes. I wouldn't recommend anyone to give them your business. I checked the reviews after my encounter and looks like they have fake positive reviews. Save your time and money and do not come here.

H&L Body&Paint are very helpful, they answered any question I had. They were very professional and very pleasant. That’s why I give them a five star. Thank you for all your help.

I like to write good reviews, but this time there is no possible, Las year I took my car there for a catalytic convert, is one of the shops my insurance uses, The job was done, but terrible job; I ended up taking my car back two times more. First, because that welding was not well done,, and later because my car did not passed the smog because there was a missing part.

Haven't got work done here and never will these guys are hilarious with their prices. I went to 4 shops and they mentioned the work and supplies would cost about 300-400 however this place quoted me over 1300 bucks. They aren't west coast customs.

I set up an appointment to take my truck for an estimate. When I got there they informed me that the person that was going to do the estimate got called for a family emergency. The person assured me that he was coming back to work. I asked the person that was there to please call me when the guy returnes from he's family emergency I gave him my information. I never got a call from them. I proceeded to call them because it was already 1pm and I hadn't heard anything.. So the person that was going to do the estimate answered the phone! I'll stop there! For me customer service is everything if they can't return a call knowing that the customer is waiting on them to do a service then for me they dropped the bal big time!! There Not perfacional at all...

Wow! Very satisfied with H&L Body Shop. Very professional. I was very scared to take my car in anywhere because I didn’t know how well they would do. But let me tell you i was very satisfied with the work. The staff is very nice and will take care of everything. Loved the fact that they call you for updates on your car. Loved their work! Definitely recommending their service to family and friends.

New owner is dishonest. I had brought my vehicle in for a repair quote, he took a quick glance at it and offered to buy it for $2000. When I declined he quickly told me it would cost $7000 to fix. I took the vehicle home and messed with it a bit and got the door open, but broke a door panel. I told him this and he said he would need to drop the price to $1900 and I would have it towed in, which we shook hands on. When I had it towed in he immediately dropped his price to $1500 due to damage he said he didn’t see before, which he should have because he inspected the vehicle the week before and no new damage was done other than what I told him. He tried to offer me credit at his shop, which I declined due to his random pricing. Since the truck was already there and I would have to pay to remove it, he basically cornered me into selling it to him for a lower price than we agreed upon at $1750. Very disappointed with this business but I did not want to deal with the stress any longer.

Jack repainted the left rear fender to my Silverado and a couple of deep key scratches near the driver's door. His shop did an outstanding job of matching color and the paint application was fantastic. He is a very friendly person and was fair and honest with the repair. Kudos H & L
