Joe is awesome! I brought my RAV4 in that was having some headlight issues, and he took care of it right away. He also took the time to physically show me the problem, and tell me what was going on. Most dealerships will just talk to you, and they don’t take the time to show you the physical work. My dad has used this business for years as well, and we are both always happy with their work. Really generous and kind guys too, thanks J&D!

This place is honest and does very high-quality work. I trust them with all 5 of my vehicles .I went to Advantage Auto for 10 years, and they closed up recently. I discovered Jand D and have been very happy with their work.

Great, and honest repair shop. So friendly, helpful and timely. I was nervous with my check engine light on. This team was able to get me in the next day. James called back to say I can come in sooner and was able to take care of everything including ordering part all in less than a day. Could not thank these guys enough. Will definitly return when I need help in the future.

I came for a STAR smog check and I didn't have an appointment, so I figured I would drop off my car and return later. But the mechanic offered to do it immediately, right before his lunch. He was so fast, friendly, and fun too! He even waved me over to show me what codes he was pulling from my car. It was cool to see and learn about, I can't believe I actually had fun at my smog check! The price for the STAR smog check was in line with all the other places I called in the area. I was worried about my car failing because I recently had a check engine light, and they even offered a discount if my car failed. I have never been so delighted by a smog check, I will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience here today. They were honest and did not replace my headlight that seemed to have just come disconnected. They were VERY quick, and we're exceptionally polite and professional. (Rare trait in MBay area, I've found). They have definitely earned my repeat business!
