San Rafael European has become my go to for all my Ferrari service needs. Kathleen and Jessie have been amazing. Pricing is very reasonable and the service has been impeccable. I fully trust them with my 458.

I have a Maserati Ghibili. I have brought my car to SRE 4 times for regular service interval and/or random repair. They always do a great job. They are honest and economical. They figured out for me a weird grinding and scary mystery noise that others could not figure out. I'm happy to be a customer and recommend them to others, I would not bring my car anywhere else now.

They have looked after my Ferrari 360 Modena and Maserati GranTurismo annually for many years. Just as competent and more affordable than the dealer; cannot fault them at all. Everyone is a delight, receptionist Kathleen, owner Jessie & mechanic (forgot his name sorry but he was lovely and helpful). Once we were stranded at the Golden Gate Bridge at night and tow company after tow company came out but refused to tow us, saying they didn't have the right equipment. 6 hours later, a tow company finally agreed and meanwhile Jessie waited up waaaay past closing hours hearing our stressful updates of yes the tow company's coming and then no, they left, throughout the ordeal. He stayed at the shop to greet us when we finally arrived near midnight. Wow, talk about customer service. Heartily recommend.

I just received my Ferrari F-430 back after needing some pretty major work done and could not be happier. The team quickly diagnosed what my car needed to bring it up to safety and mechanical standards. The SRE Team that I worked with Jesse (Owner), Kathleen (Service Manager) and Rick (Mechanic) were all very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. Not to mention helpful to me in making the right decisions toward getting my car back on the road looking and feeling as good as new. My 2006 is now back on the road in tip top shape and drives better than the day I bought it. I would recommend them to anyone needing professional service on their high end European rides. San Rafael European is an invaluable asset to owners of European and classic cars in the Bay Area. Without knowing what I was getting myself into, I bought a classic 1988 Ferrari that had been stored in a garage for 12-14 years. Rick is a car whisperer, plain and simple. He is careful, conservative, and knows these cars through and through. Also, SRE gives very precise quotes on what various items will cost, including sourcing parts and the labor required. Their estimate was accurate to the penny, and I was happy to compensate them for their work because it was absolutely excellent. My 1988 Ferrari 328 looks new and drives new, which is a miracle considering the shape it was in before Rick started on it. Thank You San Rafael European! I can recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Rick, Kathleen, and Jessie have brought my 2002 575M back from a state of serious neglect to be a car I can both drive everyday and use for long trips. Rick is a master of diagnosis and attention to detail. He has done everything from replacing both fuel pumps to adjusting the glove box door to quiet a rattle. Kathleen keeps me informed, gets the right parts and always has a smile.

These guys are the best for working on my Ferraris from this century. Both have over 200,000 miles and over the many years have had some very challenging service issues. Nothing stumps these guys on these modern Ferraris and there is nothing they won't take on.
