We scheduled an appt. for Wednesday morning between 8-12 noon. When I called to check on eta, we were told that our appt. was scheduled for1-5 pm. That is not what Zol told us when we made the appt. Keely said that they would still come between 1-5 pm. Around 2 pm we get a Call that the tech was not coming today and we would be scheduled first thing next day at 8:30 am. At 8:45 I called to find out where the tech was. Not a good experience at all!

It was easy to get an appointment and the repairman did the work to repair a small crack in the windshield conveniently at my house. Highly recommend!

It was pouring rain when I left the shop and I'm happy to report that there is no leaking whatsoever -- YAY! It's not often that I have positive experiences dealing with automotive service providers, which is why I wanted to share my experiences with Auto Glass Now -- I'm a fan and 10/10 recommend.

The staff was very professional and they had me out the door in 45 minutes. I'm so grateful for their service and would recommend them to anyone who's in need of a new windshield.

I had an appointment made and verified by the 800 number that I saw posted at the site in San Rafael California, but when I showed up at the scheduled time in San Rafael California the worker did not see me on the schedule. The office was closed when I arrived for my appointment at 8 am -- a helpful guy did show up around 9 am and he was surprised that I was scheduled for chip repair. He checked with the main office and I showed him the confirmation on my mobile phone -- and so he was able to do the repair. The repairman was nice and the work looks good -- but it's strange that the central office and the branch were in poor communication.
