It was a good business I always bought my tires here but for a while now terrible customer service oh a man I think is of Puerto Rican origin very despotic he leaves you waiting in line but for a long time I have been calling for more than a month to order my tires and every time I call he leaves me in line for more than 30 minutes I dont know if this business has changed owners but if I dont ask the owner of this business to pay close attention because he will continue to lose customers I am one less

Got all new tires (cheap tires) and with no balancing put on and scratched my rims and when I called some dude asked did I take them off ?? LMFAOOO Then he said it was my brakes from(over-the-phone) wen I barely even drove it after my brakes was changed somewhere else .. which who I went to was actually professionals and with the time of changing the tires from tire and wheel some chick told me I ll need to spend about $1000 for some suspension mechanical work from them jus to do the wheel alignment yeaaaa.. GOOD JOB !!!!!

!!!! Avoid !!!! Thought it was all good until I learned the hard way. Corners will be cut and things will be fixed that doesnt solve your original problem. Over $2500 spent in a couple of months and check engine light still on. Was told had no wheel problems when asked to check. Couple months later loud scraping/grinding noise and a wheel bearing in terrible shape. Was told no codes appearing but when I took it to AutoZone. 3 different codes popped up. The harsh one was to change catalytic converter. Which will be another thousand dollars the shop told me after in forming them. I believe I was supposed to give up or keep staying in there weird cycle to keep coming back cashing out. I feel played and let down. Should have only got tire work here after all or dont go at all sadly to say. You will be placed on hold for over 30 mins and more if they have a hard time fixing your car...signs of giving up on u and they messed up.... guess you post to hang up and give up with them.

Only place I know that keeps the 22 tires for my truck, and they got a good staff that get you in, and out and let you know if they discovered other issues you should know. I have been doing business with this wheel center for many years and all of there locations

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I PURCHASED 4 AJI WHEELS, AND WHEN I EXCHANGED THEM, THE TPMS SENSORS TURNED OUT TO BE FUCKED OR I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE CLOSED. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SENSORS WHEN I HAD THE BIG WHEELS, UNTIL I WENT TO AJI. AND OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO CAME TO BE THE SAME SERVICE ALSO THE SAME HAPPENED TO THEM. BAD EXPERIENCE.

They were super nice I came in for a tire that was losing air and they let me know it was a bent rim. Didnt charge and gave me a referral to get a the rims fixed since I was in a bind and couldnt wait for an OEM replacement.

I drove around from one gas station to the next looking to get air for my tires. I was not able to find a station with a working air machine. Someone suggested I go here and Im so glad I did. They were very nice and helped me with a smile. If I ever need new tires or any other service they offer I will go to them. Its hard to get good service and a nice attitude but they do have it at this place. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for any work done on wheels, alignment balancing or to air up your tires. Ive noticed a big difference in my gas consumption. Im using way less gas with proper inflation of my tires and that saves me money.

Was surprised by the speed and attention to fixing my tire leaking air. Will naturally took me and my tire issue on board. Will gave me the option of patch or plug and explained which is better for me. He found two nails in my tire and since they were in the same tire offered me a very great discount. Before leaving they gave me my special socket for unlocking a lock nut in the wheel. They found it somewhere and I didn t even know I had that. They told me to leave the special socket in the glove compartment. The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and kind also. I just wasn t able to get her name before leaving the shop as she was on the phone when I was leaving.

Good for tires but nothing else. Took my truck for a diagnostic Saturday, they said come back Monday. Took it back Monday 9am & they didnt do anything til 5, just to say I needed new spark plugs for them to get a proper read. Took it back 9am Tuesday for spark plugs. Came back 8 hours & they lied saying it was being worked on. They called me back an hour later to say sorry but the mechanic didnt feel well & that he couldnt do anything until Friday.

Short version: Awesome tire change place. Ask for Will and listen to his advice. Transparent in work done. Great tires drove 7500 miles right after change! Long version: I asked for specific version of Perelli tires. (Didnt realize they came in run flat only). Will recommended Pirelli P Zero All Season Plus 3. Pricing was reasonable. They exceed my expectations. Drove California to New York to Texas and back. In all types of weather. Hot, cold, snow, rain, good roads and bad ones. Performance was always great. On some specific roads it was a bit more noisy, but bearable.

SCAM ALLIGMENT AT THIS PLACE!!!! BEWARE!!! I went there to make an allignment it took 3hours to get service when its finally my turn, They said my wheel bearings are bad, they cant do it and i still had to pay 30$ LOOOL (besides that they tried forced me to pay 900$ in a wheel bearings service) DO NOT PAY, GO OTHER PLACE FIRST! GUESS WHAT? Just went in the noors tires(right in the corner next to mcdonalds) and my wheel bearings were FINE AND WORKING and for only 60$(20$ cheaper hehe) They just ripped me off 30$ you guys are broke af DONT COME HERE, THEY HAVE A BIG PLACE BUT THEY ARE SLOWLY, SCAMMERS AND LAZY, DONT BRING YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS

Top of the morning... I got a huge industrial nail in my tire the night before. Newer vehicle, tires basically new. A gym sister recommended I check them out. Praying they wont say, you need a new tire we cant fix this. I walk in, Im greeted with a sincere Good morning. I inquire if they can fix a tire with a nail in it. Yes, we can let me get your key and take a look. I give up my keys and take a seat. 20 min later. Your cars ready. Wow just like that... Thanks you made my day. Weekend starting off great.

Bad alignment service. I came in for an alignment two months ago and they said I needed new tires. They quoted me for some Toyos, then upon looking they didn t have the tire in stock. I let them know once they got the tire in stock l, I ll come back. They found some used tires in the back and sold it to me for the same price ($550). Before I could say no, they already put the used tires on. Now two months later, found out the front two tires are wearing unevenly. I came back and asked what they could do and said it was my fault that I might ve hit something and set off the alignment. They wanted me to pay for 2 new tires and another alignment. Dissatisfied that they don t own up to their mistakes and push you to purchase tires you don t want. I wouldn t have minded if the tires they found was given to me at a cheaper price since the tires I was quoted for was more expensive. I still had to pay the same price for the Toyo tires even though they gave me a knock off brand.

Very bad service. Took my rim to get fixed, waited 5 days, got my rim back, next day my tire was flat. To make it long story short, they didn t professionally check the rim to see if it had any other bad specs. So now they are saying I need a new rim. DONT GO THERE!!!

I do not recommend this place, I went to buy my new wheels and tires, they left the alignment wrong, I came back to help me, they came out with excuses, they did not want to help me, a few weeks later the front wheels were gone, anyway my car ended up with a Traction light on the dashboard and poor alignment, this place only puts your life in danger by not doing its job properly, terrible service.

I went to this place bought 2 tires from them had them put on and asked them to rotate my tires for my Mercedes . After I picked up my car and drove it on the freeway it started shaking badly as I picked up speed. I called them and a young man said to bring it back. I returned to have them fix the problem and asked for the manager who was a woman. She said did I ask them to Rotate my tires, I said yes. They started making excuses that my car was shaking for other reasons, I had just had my car fully checked in Berkeley who told me I just needed a couple of tires so I went to tire and wheels because it was close to where I live. I know they did something wrong to my car but would not fix it, the manager started speaking in Spanish next thing I know is a young man gave me back my keys looking down as though he knew something was wrong with that. They did not fix my car, I have to go to another shop to have my car repaired. RESPONSE You refused to repair my vehicle after I requested you to pay for my gas after driving 25 miles and had to turn around. You never mentioned my rim was bent when I took my vehicle to you, only after I returned back to your shop. I had my tires checked at a shop in Berkeley who told me I needed tires, I decided to tire and wheels to replace my tires because It is nearer to where I stay. I never threatened anyone, I just asked in love for you to fix my car and you said it wasn t your fault my car was shaking when it never was shaking before.

Dont go to this shop. The manager will rip you off unless you know what questions to ask. I got charged $100 to pay with a credit card when other shops dont follow this practice. Unfortunately I found out after the fact, also, he doesnt bother telling you about the fee until after all the work is done and youre ready to pay so be careful.

BEWARE. I went here to get a my TRD camry rims installed and swapped with my other camry rims and they gouged my rims. You can clearly see its from not being careful. I even stated to the mechanic and office employee to be careful and clearly they were not. When confronted about it, they werent willing to do anything to make amends. They were stating I overlooked the rims and was not careful of inspecting them before bringing them when clearly they were shipped to my house and checked before bringing them into the shop. $1000 dollar rims with defects don t sound right at all. Toyota does not sell rims with manufacturer defects or paint defects for a brand new price. To my car enthusiasts don t come to this shop and have your dream setup ruined by shops that cannot amend to their mistakes. Take your business somewhere else !

CHEATING on customer, terrible service. I replaced new tires with alignment (alignment $120 for mercedes benz) after they replaced new tires without alignment and print out alignment paper works, but they charged $120. I complained so they brought my car to alignment station. But it worse then before alignment. I stayed at work station all the time so I saw them cheated on me.

I took my vehicle, a Ford Expedition, to purchase a set of four new tires and was pressured into having the remove and replace inner and outer tie rods done after having my tires changed out for the new ones. This decision I would later come to regret! Tire And Wheel World would not guarantee the alignment/balance on my Ford because they insisted that my vehicle needed to have this work done to ensure its stability and secure it would drive smoothly. All I wanted was to have my tires replaced, I had no problem with my cars alignment/balance prior to bringing in my vehicle, but upon their aggressive insistence I obliged. I really needed to have my tires replaced, I did not have time to shop around and at this point the new tires that I had already purchased were on my car I was hooked. I was taken aback and felt I had been deceived because while discussing the purchase of the four new tires prior Tire And Wheel World never made an indication that further work would need to proceed. It was only after having my Ford in their shop did more issues arise? Once the alignment/balance was completed on my vehicle I immediately noticed it began to shake, it did not drive smoothly, the alignment was off and every time I turned right there was a weird noise when I was driving. I was really upset and was not happy with my experience because the price for the remove and replace inner and outer tie rods were really expensive. I never wanted to have any added work done on my vehicle, all I came in for was the purchase of new tires! I brought these problems to Tire And Wheel World, seeing that their workers could not identify the problem, the owner gave me his word that his shop would reimburse me for the fee of fixing the problem if I would take it to another shop. When I took my Ford Expedition to Michael Steads Hilltop Ford they were able to identify the problems immediately. Hilltop Ford told me that the noise I was hearing, whenever I turned right, was due to a slug nut being left in. Hilltop Ford added that the inner and outer tie rods were the cheapest parts available seeing that they were not the right ones for the vehicle. I was shocked to hear that the work performed by Tire And Wheel World was inadequate, they had charged me a lot of money, I expected to have great customer service and I did as recommended by the sales rep Gonzalo. When I went back to Tire And Wheel World to see if the owner would honor his word and comp me for the service they had performed I was turned away and reminded that no agreement had been made.

Dont change your tire here, the price is high and give you cheap brand tire. They even install the wrong size tire in my car, and cause my tire sensor malfunction. and refuse to replace and fix the problem after. Bad business ethic.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR. Theyre scammers and not professional at all. I took my car and they couldnt figure out the problem but they were asking for a new thing everyday, they werent sure what was wrong with my car so they were just guessing. My car took a whole week at that place and still didnt figure out nothing!!!! When I decided to take my take my car to another place, they stole my rosary, my charger port and ate all my candies .the customer service is so bad,. Dont go here unless you want to be scammed.

Every car that I have I bring here whenever I need new tires, tire rotation, alignment etc! The workers are very good and the work is always A1! The two front desk associates are also knowledgeable and will always be honest with you about price and work that needs to be done. Would 10000% recommend for anyone who needs any work done.

I called these guys and was told they had four new tires for our van, quoted four hundred dollars. We drive there and after waiting there for half an hour, we were then told they didnt have them but they did have four tires for five hundred. Left very disappointed and thats no way to run a business..We are also Seniors...Will remember this terrible experience...

Went there to get a tire valve repaired (purchased a set of 4 tires from there). I have custom red spike valve caps BTW. Got home and noticed they replaced one of my custom valve caps with those cheap plastic valve caps! If they lost it and were honest about and told me, I would have understood (mistakes happen sometimes) but they said nothing!

I took my BMW to this shop and brought rims and tires. The first time this company put some bad tires on my car, and they replace them. But my car was still shaking, so I took it back again. Mine you my car did not shake before I brought it to this company (Tire & Wheel World). They kept my car for a month, until I had to take it somewhere else for the other company to tell me what was wrong and for me to take it back to the company (Tire & Wheel World) to fix it. When I told them what was wrong they said (they thought they fixed it) wow! Who owns a Tire and Rim company and don t know what to do. I should not have to take my car somewhere else to find out the problem. Then they ordered wheel rings for the rims and tires. Now after a month of them keeping my car I got it back, but soon after two weeks the tires started feeling like I had a flat. I talk to a mechanic and he said these are bad tires. I went back to (TIRES & WHEEL WORLD) and I ask them to fix the problem and I been getting the runaround. Finally after 4 months the owner told the manager that he will not help me. This company is a horrible company. DO NOT BUY ANY TIRES OR RIMS FROM THIS COMPANY (TIRES & WHEEL WORLD ) 14640 San Pablo Ave, San Pablo Ca ( THIS COMPANY AND OWNER IS HORRIBLE) MY WORST NIGHTMARE!!! Now I have to go buy some new tires!!!!

Needed tires on a Sunday afternoon. Was not an emergency. However was a very inconvenient time. Called The Tire and Wheel World was open and was right down the street. I called and asked for the tire size that I need and they had two in stock. Headed on down there home a couple hours later with two new front tires and an alignment. The prices are good. A sign on the wall says they match Costco price. I didn t ask I was just happy to have two new tires on a Sunday when everybody else was closed and my daughter needed her car to drive to work that night. Tire and Wheel World very friendly environment and employees was a pleasure to do business. I will return again next time I need tires. Thank you

Dropped in for a tire rotation and a slow leak in one of my tires. They found a nail in the tire with the slow leak and patched it up. Tire rotation and tire patch came to $45. Quick and courteous service.

Bought tires from them months ago and the deal was one I couldnt refuse-$600 for my 22in rims on the 90 day same as cash. Also they can open you an acct through Acima to utilize the many services they provide as well as tire/rim purchases.

Got a nail in the front tire. They only took one minute to take the nail out and put a plug in it, charged $15. Very happy with the service.

The had an intelligent and respectable conversation with me and I had them proceed with renewing some brake pads on my car. Very reasonable prices and no funny business.
