Abby at front desk, and other gentleman were very courteous in assisting me; first they inspected my flat tire and informed me that the date code was old and also that the puncture was too close to the sidewall. After I asked about whether I could have new tires shipped from tire rack, they told me how to go about that, when's the best time to schedule an appointment after they receive the tires, and were able to get a mount, balance, and alignment scheduled and done very quickly. they left the car very clean (I was very happy with this, because usually tire and wheel changes usually involve a lot of brake dust and soot). they also gave me a courtesy vehicle check-up and a small discount. I also told them about a slight wobble which would develop in my front axle as I got up to highway speed, and they specifically made sure to address that. Lastly, they did a good alignment and the vehicle tracks so much better on the freeway and feels more stable. You know, Labor's really expensive these days, but I'm happy these two and the staff at this wheel works location took care of me every way they could. It was well worth it. Thank you!

The two Sals are great! Got me in last minute and were super accommodating and helpful! Will definitely be coming back for any car needs I have in the future.

I got two flat tires Saturday at around 5pm. I called Wheel Works to see how quick they could get my specific tire (a long-discontinued model). They got both in on Monday. They said it would be about 90 minutes to replace both and rotate my tires. It was under an hour and they kept the store open 5 minutes past closing as I was running late to pick up my car. It was a great relief to have it sorted out so quickly.

Had a wonderful experience with Saul who helped us out on a rainy day luckily there wasn't anyone ahead of us. Fast and great communication.

Outstanding customer service at this Wheel Works location unlike the one in Belmont. Just wanted to shout out to Toni for helping me getting a new set of tires in one afternoon without an appointment. She told me that She only has two tires that I needed at this location. She tracked down two from other store. I got my car back with new set of tires in less than 3 hours. Kudo to Toni and outstanding crews at South San Mateo Wheel Works. Keep up the great work
