Big O Tires in San Mateo

Had a frustrating and scammy experience at this shop. Dropped off my car with a spare tire on and the flat tire in the trunk. Got a call saying the flat tire wasn t in the trunk, even though I knew it was. I told them exactly where it should be, but they insisted it wasn t there. They even claimed that two separate people had searched for it and couldn t find it. I double-checked I hadnt left it at home, called them back, and they still claimed it was missing. I was back at the tire shop within a couple of minutes, and suddenly the tire had appeared. Instead of acknowledging the mix-up, they immediately told me there was an air sensor issue. No explanation, no mention of the previously missing tire. Hard to believe this was just a miscommunication...

With appointment they have a 90 minutes wait time. Their wheel alignment check up was just manually looking around the wheels for mis-alignment rather than running a systematic check. Not happy with their service.

Slow and they skip people in line to help the people with the simplest issues. Totally not fair . Unprofessional

Came in on a Friday afternoon for an oil change and brake inspection because the brakes were squeking. They could have sold me brakes i didnt need, but instead told me that they were just dirty. Everything was handled professionally in a couple hours.

Anthony and Dante were extremely helpful in getting my Porsche Cayenne in and serviced. I m definitely coming back.

Appointment was at 2pm, got there early for 2 tire and an alignment. Didn t leave till 5:30pm. Car was just sitting in the parking lot, worker confuse about tires not here yet but it s already installed. Didn t have a receipt so told to be email, never received it. Asked for alignment sheet was told it ll be email to me, check the car & it looked off so I ask for alignment sheet there wasn t any because it wasn t done. Soon as they racked it up and did all the alignment on the machine/computer surely wasn t alignment/all RED.

We recently made a trip to Half Moon Bay to pick up lots of live crab for a crab feed. Ended up getting a nail in a tire, and needing it repaired before traveling several hours on the freeway. After trying dozens of places (which were all closed on a Saturday) we were getting pretty worried about disappointing a hungry mob. Thankfully, we finally found Big O Tires in San Mateo. Dante & Christina and the team got us back on the road, and were soo helpful and professional. They really saved the day (and the crab feed!!!) Thanks again guys!!

This place is a joke. Came in at 8am was the second car there and left at 2 Got my alignment done as well car still swerves to the right. Not to mention the oil stains in the seat. Goodluck!

Appointments do not matter. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and was told it would take 60-90 minutes but probably closer to 90. I was told I can wait there if I wanted which I did. After 2 hours I decided to check to see how much longer only to see that my car had never moved from where I parked it and nobody even bothered to update me to let me know they were behind. 2 months earlier my husband had a similar experience but I thought it was just a busy day that day and decided to try for myself. NEVER AGAIN!!

Added fees that I wasn t told about, didn t complete all the work on the work order, and when I came back to get that work done, made me wait far too long

Disappointing service. I don t know how they managed to get 4 star review. 1. Took me about half hour to pay cause their machines are too old to do the job and keep declining my cards. 2. Their engineers are too careless to do the job. I went back twice, first time is because they gave me wrong estimated time, second time is because the tier pressures are totally wrong, I only changed the back tire and I don t know why they changed all pressure for 4 tires to the wrong pressure. Even I went back to fix it still I had to adjust it in gas station by myself in the end cause apparently their tire pressure reader doesn t work correctly. I will never go back to do server in this place again.

Been there twice, nice people and good pricing but when you go there be prepared to spend a whole day in there, the estimated time given are way off Went for a tire changed and went from 9 am to 5pm when I was told it was gonna be 2 hours

Wow, 2 days to change a tire. They leave the customer waiting a lot, a lot of time waiting both at the counter and in line, not a very good job.

I walked in without an appointment and Sam was extremely helpful in waking me through recommendations and providing me a fair quote. I was able to get my 4 new tires inclusive of alignment and an oil change and pick up my car at the end of the day. I will continue to have all my cars serviced here.

This place is a living nightmare, I have no idea how they have averaged 4 star reviews. I was told it would take 1 hour to patch my car, its been nearly 2 hours, and they still havent even looked at my vehicle. Every time I check in for an update, Im given a condescending look and spoken to like Im the problem. No worries, once you finally get around to fixing my tire, youll never see me again. Ill go back to Beltran down by Redwood City. They do awesome work over there, at much better prices. Edited: The guy who fixed my tire was incredibly helpful, and made everything so much smoother. While its a fact that it took them 3 hours to do a job they quoted 1 hour for, and the person at the front desk couldnt be more condescending, they have some really nice people there. My experience would have been a lot better if I worked with people like him the whole time.

Went in at 9:30, just for a simple flat repair. Didn t get the bar back until 3:30pm. At 2:30pm I asked what was taking so long and they said, your car has really big tires! If you can t lift a tire, why are you working at a tire shop? The words big and tire are in your companies name! Finally at 3:30pm I told them I didn t care if the flat was even fixed any more, I needed to leave, your car is ready! It s in the back! Now they just want to be petty. Just a joke of a business, completely unprofessional, didn t set realistic expectations for me, and they let me sit there and wait even longer because I complained. I wouldn t recommend my worst enemies go to this tire shop.

The customer service and communication from this establishment are horrible. Not to mention, I ve never been so confused about how someone can charge me over $1500 and not address the concerns I came in for. This leaves me needing to find another mechanic and spend even more money to address my actual concerns. Im gobsmacked at my experience with the people at this location.

Did the job, but didnt call when they were finished as I asked. When I called they gave me a list of other items they wanted to replace. I accepted the filter change. They said they could have the car ready in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later the car wasnt ready.

I typically don t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others who might be considering taking their car to Big O Tires in San Mateo. I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance to have my tires replaced, and when I arrived they had no record of my appointment. I was also told that it would take about 90 minutes to complete the job, but it took over 5 hours. And when I called to see if I could pick up my car, I had to call 4 times before anyone picked up the phone. As I was picking up my car, I explained my frustrations, and the lady helping me just made excuses and didn t even apologize. The whole experience today felt very unprofessional, and I will not bring my cars back to them again.

Don t ever come here if you re a female. I came in to get a patch job on my tires and the store manager tried to sell me on two new ones . I told him I only wanted a repair and he said it ll be 45 even though the tire was already taken off of the car. When he finally had the guy look at it, they both refused to repair it since it s too far gone and insisted on me getting the new tires. I still have plenty have tread left and the nail was on the flat on the tire not the side.

I had an appointment at 4:00 PM, Arrive at 3:50PM, Ive ordered a set of 4 tires with time and after 3 hours they didnt start working on my car. I took my car home without new tires. Awful service, the worse spent 3 hours of my life. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Great experience!!!! Needed new tires asap with lots of driving and Big-O Tires in San Mateo was awesome! Sam answered my call, was able to get my tires ordered, delivered, and installed in one day. Hate my car has run flats and two different sizes which makes it even more incredible to get this done so quickly) Will absolutely be back, I m sure the full team worked to get it done, but if San wouldn t have been so quick and helpful I would have never known. Great job!

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICES! Dont go to this shop if you want to get in-time response. Upon arriving at the shop for a flat tire repair, I was greeted by a receptionist who instructed me to wait outside while they checked my cars status. After waiting for a substantial 10 minutes with no sign of anyone attending to my vehicle, I ventured inside only to find your staff engaged in casual conversation, completely disregarding their duty to assist customers promptly. These guys are fairly irresponsible and dont respect the customer at all. It could take you 100 years to just check-in and drop your cars. The level of irresponsibility and lack of respect for customers displayed by the team is utterly unacceptable. It can take you 100 years just to check in and drop off a vehicle. Not to mention how they will treat your cars. Expect the low quality service and be prepared for the delay!!!

Save your time. I took my 2020 BMW M340i xDrive into Big O Tires in San Mateo as I had ordered a set of tires through tirerack and this was their closest recommended tire installation center. I went in after confirming with the shop they had open availability(its slow they said). I dropped the car off at 10:30 and was told 1.5-2 hours, so I took an uber home. Got a call at 11:00 confirming the tires I ordered had been found(they couldnt find them at first even though they had been delivered and signed for the day prior) and letting me know the car was up on the lift. I gave them 3 hours, considering lunch will come up between 10:30-1:30pm(still allowing for the 2 hour window + 1 hour for lunch) and I head over to the shop around 1:30. When I get there, the car hasnt been moved from where I originally parked it. The employee that had both checked me in and called me with the updates had left. Frustrated I had wasted 3 hours, 2 ubers as well as a day off, I told them Ill just take my tires and go somewhere else. The tech then had to go around to the back of the building and look for a few minutes, which lead me to believe they werent even remotely close to working on my vehicle. Not sure what the waste of time was for, they werent busy. Multiple employees(10+) hanging about chatting as well as empty lifts. They said no worries they can do the service right now in 45 minutes.. but why all of a sudden does it only take 45 minutes.. what about the 3 hours I let them hold onto my car for? Not worth the headache.

NOTE: DONT BE FOULED BY THE GENERIC REPLY MESSAGE of how truly sorry they are, I complained to the corporate, they never got back to me and when I called back they said the case was closed. I took my car to replace the 4 tires. I was told it would take 2 to 2.5hours. It was 10:30am. I called in at 2pm, I was told my car was on the lift and they started working on it, and should take about an hour. I went there at 3pm and saw the car getting up the lift JUST then. I waited an hour and half at the store. When they moved the car to do the alignement, I walked over and noticed a big dent/scratch on the side skirt of the car. Clearly fresh, the pain was still pealing off with no dirt or anything. They said that it didnt happened there. They have dozens of camera, I asked them to check to see if it was there when it was parked on the lot and or any other time the car was moving. We checked one camera, the one that showed that the damage was already done when they took it from the tire replacing station to the alignement but could not magically show any other videos. I got in touch with the owner to ask to review videos of the car when it was parked on their lot and moved to see if the dent was there, but they cand do it. To be honest, I am not 100% sure the dent happened there, but there is no way on earth that it happened under my watch and I didnt feel it driving. Needless to say I am never going back there.

I had a flat tire in my rental car and Big O Tires was able to see me right away and fix it for me. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful

All the 4 warning lights on my tire pressure came on as i was driving on HWY 280 and i had another 40 miles to go. Drove into Big O tires. Miles was so kind to come out immediately from behind the counter, and helped me, every though i was not a customer. I was back on the road in no time. Such kindness is not as easy to find these days. Thank you so much Miles for your kindness.

The service from the staff was great, they explained the pros and cons of the tires they installed. Only downer is that they kept my car over night, but they did check the suspension, filters, fluids, and all that good stuff. This is my 2nd time here and I am coming back here again.

Absolutely worst experience. I told them couple of times that I m in a hurry and won t be able buy a new tire. After waiting for 1.30 hours they tell me my tires are 3/32 and won t be able to patch it. I went to another store- they told me my tires are 4/32 and put a patch in in 4 minutes! Avoid all costs !

Dante was super friendly to my boyfriend and I after we were having a rough day. He made sure my tires were taken care of and provided excellent customer service. He genuinely went above and beyond. Please give him a raise!

My tire was messed up and I needed my car and miles and Dante made sure I had it back within an hour. Also they found a deal and got me buy 3 get one free. Made a stressful situation really easy. I d recommend them to anyone who asked for sure

Miles took my call Wednesday night and offered an 8 AM appointment the following day which was great! Sam Morales helped me out and unfortunately the car from Carvana did not have the wheel needed in order to take the back right passenger tire off to either fix it or replace it. But the service level here at Big O was wonderful wonderful given the limitations they had regarding this car.

Started out good then got a little bit of a high quote. 400 dollars to put two front tires on an old Toyota pickup shouldnt cost more than 150. Theyll def try to run you like a fool if you let them.

Miles took care of my Lyft inspection with expediency and professionalism.

I needed an oil change and they got me in the same afternoon!! They re cheaper and don t charge labor on replacing filters!!

Ask to to come 8am in morning for oil change got their next morning at 8am. Nobody was their to open up the office even the workers were waiting and other two people who were told to come at 8am. After 15 minutes someone came and took care us but no apology. Because of that I came to my work late. I know things happened in life but at least acknowledge and apologizing for running late could have made me feel better.

I only go to this location for service! They always take care of me, thank you for helping me with my spare tire. See you next time any of my tires need replacing. Thanks again for the professional experience.

I had a flat tire on a Saturday morning and went to Big O Tires on El Camino Real in San Mateo. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle. His team fixed my flat and put it back on, then stowed my spare and made sure it was properly secured. The cost was very reasonable. The next time I need tires, I know where to go - to Big O in San Mateo.

Ive been a Big-O Tires customer for a long time and have been to a number of Big-O Tires stores. The San Mateo store in particular has proven to be the best one Ive ever been too. Manny is great; very cordial, and matter of fact. I was having an issue with the lug nuts on my Telsa and he went out of his way to help me resolve it. Chris, one of the mechanics, is absolute Gold. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I trust these guys with my tire needs and will continue to go to them (even if its less convenient than other stores. Appreciate you guys!

I think this shop scammed me. At first, I sent a tow truck to bring my van over there for an alternator and power steering pump replacement. I received a higher quote for replacement. I show them my quote from YourMechanic cost much cheaper. The manager said it was refurbished parts, and I am getting brand new OEM parts. I asked if the new parts were Mopar. They confirmed yes. I approved the estimate and gave them the go-ahead. A couple of hours later, I went outside to check the tech working on my van, and I saw the packaging box for my replacement parts was not from Mopar and was refurbished. Ultimately, the manager called me to check out the ticket as the repair was done. I asked him about the parts. He went garage area to confirm. He never came back to me. Another staff taking over and helped me finish checkout. I asked the same thing about parts, and he did not know but said the manager had to leave and pick up another customers pieces and then leave for the day. I was advised to write an email and send my concern to him later. I had to pay the new part price for refurbished parts. I paid double the refurbished part price compared to costs from some warehouses online for the same refurbished parts.

Great customer service, it just took a few hours longer than I would ve liked. I had paid and then they called saying there were extra things that needed to be charged for which irked me. But they were super nice and got the job done so pros and cons.

Ive been going to Big O Tires for several years. They are dependable and have always taken care of our tire needs.

I am new to the area. Got a couple nails in my tire from the construction near my apartment. Not going to list any names because everyone at this location gets 5 stars!!! I worked with 3 reps in the front (they were super busy), each gave individual attention during interactions with myself and all others. Talked with a couple guys in the shop, equally as great. I was a late afternoon walk in customer, got it done and quick for how busy they were! Also, they gave me great food recommendations to go to while I waited. Love this location and WILL be back for future needs!!! Customer service here is top notch! Thank you!

Everything about the service was fine except the 6 hours it took to complete it. The waiting room is a little uncomfortable for that length of time and I was given no warning that the service would take that long.

The service desk was very knowledgeable and was very honest with their recommendations. I went to the dealer for another issue and they told me I needed 3 new tires , which was not true! I appreciate BigO Tires service being honest and their great service.

The staff were knowlegable about the tires for my car and made the whole process from selection, scheduling, installation through pickup fast and efficient.

These guys were great. Called Saturday morning looking for two tires last minute and Chris was able to source them and get them delivered. Got there at 4:30 and they got them installed for me. Super friendly and knowledgeable group of folks.

Always great customer service. San Mateo team is great, they go above and beyond and no hidden fixes or charges, they always keep you in the loop with anything they see that may be a future replacement or fix.

I had a nail in a RF tire continually resulting in a slow leak. Took it to the dealership and not only did they state it couldn t be repaired but said I couldn t just but y one, I had to buy two to prevent uneven tread ware, about $950. Took it Big O s and it was repaired for less than $50.

We ve been twice now and have received above par service each time. You do have to wait as it s popular but the front desk staff are always friendly and try to help us save money. Greatly appreciated!

Updated 1-star review: took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation. The car started leaking oil after the oil change. I also realized that they never did the tire rotation as I had marked the tires before taking it in. Basically screwed up on one service and did not do the second one. Earlier 5-star review: Took my car here for the oil change and replacing the tire pressure sensors. Have been happy with the work and speed.

Very helpful took care of my car

I had a blow out luckily just 0.1 miles away from the shop. The guy s did a good job in squeezing me in. Even so my wait time was much longer than expected 3 3/4 hours instead of 2 I was pretty happy when I finally could move on. My advisor at least kept me updated and even paid for a soda

I dropped my van today, 08/08/23, at 10 am for tire replacement. They gave me a quote for $741 for replace 4 tire, I agree. After 5 hours, I returned to the shop, but they hadnt replaced it. Also, they couldnt explain whats wrong. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. JUST WENT TO COSTCO AND BOUGHT 4 FIRESTONE TIRE FOR THE SAME PRICE. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. MADE ME LOST TIME, GAS, AND VERY STRESSED.

It took over 3 hours to change my rear break pads. They took the guy changing my breaks off to service the car of a customer who came in after me. Got him in and out after they already had my car up in the jacks and the rotors replaced. Also came out to be over $100 more expensive than when I got my breaks changed elsewhere. Only reason I even went there was because they told me they had time to change my breaks. I would ve appreciated the honesty and baseline customer service expected of any company charging for services.

My tires are align, boy what a difference now my car doesn t shake on the freeway. They did a great job. I gave a 4 because I made an appt and they couldn t find it and I took it in at 10:20 am and they didn t start u til I got there at 2:15 pm so I did not get out until 3:00 pm. Timing isn t very good.

A very satisfying place to do business was Big O Tires in San Mateo. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner as well. I will return to them when the need arises.

Work was fine and on time. I find your rebate scheme is designed to get people not to submit. I am asked to enter information from your receipt where you already have the data. Just execute and dont try to confuse your customers.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. They even found a blinker that was out and replaced it. They stayed two hours late to finish up my truck! Everything looks amazing and is working properly. Top-of-the-line knowledge and product availability. They replaced my engine filter and cabin filter. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs new tires and service needs.

My third time coming here since I moved to the area. 5 stars all the way! Customer service is excellent no matter who I have talked to. Previously, I have gotten my tires at Costco. The customer service at the Foster City Costco is subpar to say the least, never have I experienced that bad of service, so I came to Big O. They are great! Got me a great tire, at a great price. I watched them work on my car, they handled my car s rims with care, took pride in their work and made sure I was safe and ready to go. Totally recommend!!!!

Customer service is hit and miss. Chaotic and disorganized. Wont be back! Came in and discussed an issue my truck was having, with Alonzo. He said he wanted to discuss the issue with his head mechanic who wasnt there that day. He impressed me, so I returned the next day to have the radiator flushed, and see what the mechanic said about the issue. This time Esther C. was behind the counter. Dealing with her was about as pleasant as receiving a traffic ticket, complete with her asking to see my ID! I asked her why she needed my ID. She mumbled Its just easier.. Turns out she wanted to transfer my personal information from my drivers license to her form. I provided the information verbally, as Ive done with every other business in the past. When I returned to pick up the truck, they couldnt find my paperwork. When she finally found it, she spent several minutes typing information in the computer. I finally said: It was a simple service, what could you possibly be typing? She responded: I need to enter this stuff. (stating the obvious, and not answering my question!). I was pushed for time, so I got in the truck and left. I later looked at the paperwork. The mechanic had noted several issues that he thought needed attention, most of which are to be expected for a truck with 200,000 miles on it. Most notably, he noted the tires were low on tread, and that one of them had a screw in the sidewall! Of course, Esther failed to mention any of this to me. She was too busy typing it into the form! I would think a tire shop would take the opportunity to discuss the matter, in hopes of selling tires, not to mention safety! They apparently are only worried about liability, hence, entering the data on the form. Ester seemed genuinely disinterested, and failed to smile once through the entire transaction. You dont have to smile Esther, but at least act like youre glad the customer is there! I crossed paths with Alonzo a couple of times, but he seemed to be busy socializing, and never acknowledged me. I could have approached him, but I was no longer impressed enough with the operation to have them deal with the larger issue.

Actually an above and beyond experience at the location. Was given a great deal with a great warranty and outstanding customer service. Will be returning and recommending this location to others! Got a tire patched once and a set of 4 tires recently. Compared pricing in the area and best deal plus customer service.

The wrong weight of oil was put in my car, the steering wheel shook, and the engine light was on when I got my car back. After spending over $3k, I thought someone would at least walk me through the bill of work. I won t be trusting my car with this location again.

You be the judge!!!!!, i had gotten a set of tired back in July 2019,@110K Miles took for flat and rotation, they said it was done, to find out the nail was in its place and the tires were not rotated. the manager was kind the next day he did all that.but I wasted my 5 hours. I took the vehicle for rotatation@ 138K after three hours to hear oh tires are too old. and they are still running fine 158K on 9/26/2023. Took for a flat repair, Myles said he cannot find my appointment, when i show my email confirmation then he find it, he would not even leave the desk to check the condition of the tires. I left the shop. Christina you were awesome to give details, I went the next Myles check the tires he said it is from 2018. where as they ordered it in July 2019, What a liar!!!!. I called to speak to manager, myles took the message , I am still waiting for the return call. I call few days back and held for 25+ minutes after Myles put me hold. then Tried to call but seems like went to VM and would hung up. Good Luck to all who go there.

This is by far, the best place to take your car to have it serviced. Alonso is the store manager and he is extremely knowledgeable. Ulises is one of the senior mechanics, very knowledgeable as well. Just be patience because they can get busy Again, thank you Big 0 team. Rodrigo Athayde

They were able to Order 4 Tires in my size and honored the Sale price with a Deposit prior to the Sales ending as well as setup an appointment for installation after they would arrive. It was the best experience. I recommend this shop. Originally I chose Big O Tires in San Francisco but they were out of stock for my size tires, and they would not order 4 with the Sale price.

My husband went to get an estimate for a new tire bc of a nail. Lady there told him our tread was worn down on all our tires (she used a measurement tool which she showed him to read a 4). Our car less less than 2 y old, under 15000 miles. We took the car elsewhere and they measured each tire at a 7 - we were told no new tires needed for any aside from the original tire we needed to replace. Id be wary of this place.

So happy I found this location in San Mateo. The service representative went above and beyond to help me preorder all 4 Tires. As a rideshare driver constantly on the road and regularly in need of new tires, or tire repair, I could not find any place in the Bay Area where the staff was so accommodating and friendly. This was my fourth trip. My first was a three star. This time they earned a five star. Just appreciate them so much. They just keep getting better! The rest of this review is about my second visit maybe the first visit also. They were not ready with the tire even tho I was two hours late, they did it in ten min. I ll take it! The rest of my review is from the first time ->A gentleman using the name Alonzo took my order, was orderly and professional. Even though my tire came in a little later than he d anticipated, his demeanor and attitude were such that I did not mind. However, a surly and blatantly rude employee (I didn t catch the name, had a tattoo on the forearm and Asian, a bit heavy set, shaved head I believe) who said let s just get this over with . He appeared annoyed with me; I d brought a chair to sit in while waiting in line. A few moments later I asked him what that was about let s just get this over with he became agitated and I don t remember what he said but it was something like just doing me job so I asked him if that was what he said to all patrons, he claimed to be uncomfortable with the question. I bet! As a first time user of Big O, I thought everything was fine, however this slime was allowed the freedom to talk to people like that; I ve been in customer service most of my career, and it sucks but you can t go around acting like that. Everyone else was great. Posters need updating. Waiting room was comfortable and enough space. Coulda offered some coffee maybe.

Really bad service! I took bran new tires over to this location and purchased 4 trailer rims and wanted the tires mounted to the rims I just purchased. It took 2 -1/2 hours to mount them. Mind you they don t have to remove no tires or put them on the vehicle, they were trailer tires I needed mounted and put into the bed of my truck to take home and I ll mount them onto my trailer. When they finished up with my tires I couldn t get anyone to load them into the l back of my truck! One employee was told to do so but he didn t do so I waited! I asked a different employee if he could help me out and load them for me but he just told me that he s busy!! Shame on you big o tires Very very bad service!

Scam shop. My wife took her car in for a brake inspection. The shop called my wife to say all 4 needed replaced, and they were disc brakes all around, and the rotors were all shot beyond repair, so the cost would be over $1000. Over speakerphone, I said thats not right, because the rear has drum brakes, and theyre relatively new. They suggested we come in to discuss, so we did. Once there, they corrected the quote after confirming that the rear has drum brakes, but they still needed to be replaced. I asked to see the brakes while they had the car on the lift. They were happy to show me, and continued claiming they were all bad. I told them the front looks shot but the rear looks perfectly fine to me, and they looked closer and reluctantly agreed, then had a mechanic confirm. We took the car to a different shop, where we received honest service.

Quick, efficient, and kind! Stopped in here to get a tire repaired, and the store manager Alonzo and one of the mechanics very graciously and quickly fixed my tire. Their kindness made my day! Thank you Alonzo!

I made an appointment. It was confirmed. I was told it would be an hour wait so I decided to grab lunch and come back. 1.5 hours later my car was still not moved into the shop. It appeared that techs were short handed but I was surprised that no action was taken by the office to deny or postpone my appointment. Long story short, after asking for 2 additional updates on my car, the front office kept stating it would be done in a few minutes. In total, I waited 3 hours and still no one had even begun to work on my car. The front desk was kind enough to offer a refund, but in the end I couldnt wait any longer and had to leave without any work being done on my car. Honestly, this seemed like just poor management given the techs had too many cars and not enough personnel.
