5 Stars - Outstanding Service! I had an amazing experience at Wheel Works! They installed new tires on my car and completed an alignment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The customer service here is truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The team here at the San Lorenzo Wheel Works is really respectful and strives to get you in right away for service especially when your car is is need of urgent repairs/service. I especially have had great service by Jimmy, who always takes the time to answer my questions and address all of my concerns. He has helped me several times with my car issues. Although there are some services they may not offer, they will do their best to refer you to a shop that can help.
Great customer service from Brandon. But the lack of follow through is very disappointing ,frustrating and very questionable. I have been a customer with wheel works for more than twenty years. I know the demands for repairs are increasing, how are that should bot change follow through with the needs of the community of customers. YOU CANNOT BE IN A HURRY TO RETURN A CUSTOMER VEHICLE WITHOUT DOING THE NECESSARY WORK . Each car represents a person or family safety. My recent experience with wheel works has changed. The lack of follow through, and personalization of my experience has changed!! My five plus experience has turned into 1star experience. To the point where legal action has been advised.
Unfortunately,I purchased 4 new tires. W/o alignment. Was not alerted that it was necessary. Front tires were impacted, had to purchase more tires. Not pleasant experience
Brought my vehicle in for an inspection and the techs Ahmad and Tony were super helpful at explaining everything to would definitely recommend any one to come here. And they now have digital inspections. If only they had tap to pay up front.
The service person was so sweet. I left to get some breakfast and he called me to let me know how things were going. After finding out the service would take up to 4 hrs, he kindly called for and Uber so I would not have to wait that long, and paid for it. Super guy.
Scheduled an appointment ahead of time to change all 4 tires on my truck. The time I spent in store was minimal and awesome. Quick and friendly service, straight to the point. I would 100% recommend this place for anything wheel related.
I’ve had tires replaced here before & everything was great. A few weeks ago my front wheel well protector was ripped off on the freeway after I ran over an object I didn’t see. I ordered the part and then realized the car needed to be on a lift. I brought the car in and the gentleman in the picture helped me. He took the car back and they installed it for me in between cars being up on the lift. I went to pay and he told me no charge. THANK YOU!! ?
