Awesome. Went in because Google has good reviews. They got my tires in quickly and my car done same day and threw in alignment for free because I bought 4 tires from them. That was a pleasant surprise and I'll be sure to come here again.

If you ever have tire issues you must come here and you don't have to shop around. Reagan and Todd are top tier in customer service and professionalism. My X3 had a terrible flat, and these guys were so helpful in getting us and running. The special order run flat tires took a few hours, but in the meantime, Reagan and Todd dropped off my family (wife and two kids) at the nearby beach and picked us up as well. I can't say enough about their customer service and on top of all that, they had the best price in the area by far!! You can tell good people and they are it. If they had a business in San Francisco, they would have my exclusive loyalty.

Highly recommend bringing your car here—even if it means driving a little farther. The team is kind, knowledgeable, and their pricing is extremely fair. I had my spark plugs and ignition coil replaced about a year and a half ago at another shop in Laguna for a significantly higher cost, and unfortunately, those parts didn’t last. I’m grateful to have found West Coast Tire & Services through a trusted referral from a friend’s mechanic. The service here exceeded expectations, and I’m happy to pass along this great recommendation!

This is the one of the very few Google reviews I’ve ever written - because this place deserves it. BY AND FAR the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Todd and his crew were extraordinary- I was passing through on my way to LAX and got a gnarly flat tire - they were able to get me in and out in under 20 minutes with a new tire (and for an incredibly fair price!). Todd was warm, kind, and efficient - I wish I lived here because I never want to go to another service shop again. Thanks a million for getting me to the airport safely!

I was in town for business and got a screw in my tire. I called when they opened and they said bring it by when you’re ready. I went on my lunch break and was greeted by several friendly employees. Luckily they were able to patch the tire for a reasonable price. I was surprised when they took me right way and made the repair and remounted the tire in about 15 minutes. They even put the spare and jack away properly in the trunk. Great customer service from start to finish. Given their speed and efficiency, I was even had enough time left on my break to grab lunch before I headed back to work. I would highly recommend West Coast and wish they were closer to my home so I could use them more often.

This place is the best! My family has been going here for over 10 years due to their reliable service. They were busy today and still worked till the end of their day to get my car back to me. Had suspension and brake repairs on top of a few other things that would’ve taken days at other shops I’ve been to. They’ve always prioritized the customer’s best interest and are very honest, efficient and great at working with customers from my experiences there.

If I could give 10 stars to this business I would. My family has been taking our cars to West Coast Tire & Services for years. Thong was great and Todd as the new owner has been absolutely exceptional. I have thrown so many curve balls at this team and they have delivered every single time.
