I decided to ask him about his bad reviews because I thought he was so cool how could anyone possibly have been upset and he explained the situation to me and it's a bummer because somebody decided to tell him if he didn't refund the money that they were going to leave him a bad review all because it took him a little too long to get the tire off!!!! How do you say go ahead do what you want and so they left in the bad review but don't let this deter you you definitely want to get your service from this guy!! Thanks Ramon!!! UPDATE: a few days later my dad was checking my tire pressure and he broke the valve in the tire that Ramon fixed I was stuck at Safeway at 1:00 a.m. with a flat tire I called Ramon and just asked for the hell of it if he had what I needed to fix the valve and he came over and helped me with no issue no hesitation and no charge in 20 min. I understand people have bad experiences but it is clearly just miscommunication don't let other people's miscommunication be a reason that you get deterred from receiving good service from this guy. Give him a chance

While traveling with my husband from LA to SF, our tire got cut about 30 minutes before reaching San Jose, leaving us with a flat tire in the middle of the road in the evening. We found Ramon on Google and called him. He asked for our location and tire size and showed up quickly, saying we were lucky he was nearby and had a tire with him. Although it wasn't the correct size for our car, it had the same diameter. Ramon mentioned he had the proper tire at his home in San Jose and proposed we use the incorrect one just to get us to his place, where he would then put the proper one. He quoted a reasonable price, and we agreed to this plan. Our mistake was paying him the full amount upfront. Ramon put the incorrect tire on our car and gave us his address. We drove there very slowly due to the improper tire and waited outside his house for over an hour. He didn't respond to our calls or messages initially, then finally said he would be there soon. It was already midnight, so we asked if we could complete the service the next morning, and he agreed. We stayed in a hotel overnight and called him the next morning. He told us to come to his house in 30 minutes, which we did. We spent more than two hours waiting outside his house, only for him to stop answering calls and messages altogether. We tried reaching out to him the entire day without any luck. We appreciate that Ramon at least helped us with the incorrect tire, allowing us to drive to the hotel. However, it is completely disappointing and unacceptable to promise something, take payment, and then stop answering calls. This is a fraud! If you have no other options, as we did, and must use his service, NEVER pay in advance. If possible, avoid this deceiver altogether.

Everyone has there experience so I can only share from my experience. I just want to ‼️WARN‼️everyone else since my friends said even if I got a bad experience don’t keep it in, save others Got a flat tire earlier this Tuesday and saw that this service had a 5 star rating. Called the number and the guy showed up after 45 minutes. Thought that he help replaced with a used tire but after started to realized that this tire he replaced was pretty warned out. I tried to call and text him many times throughout the 2 days and until that morning when I drove to the gym 5 minutes from my house that same tire popped again. And then when I texted him the photo he responded but wouldn’t be giving me a refund of help fix it 😅. Still being in college and being scammed like this even after explaining to them my situation, I was IGNORED. Just want to warn all of you out there, it’s not worth to spend your time and money like this in situation, please watch out. There’s lots of good businesses out there that provide value but this business maybe just cares about profit. 🥲
