Dan's Auto Repair & Trans in San Jose

I went today to Dan’s auto repair shop and it’s no longer Dan’s, it’s I believe A+ auto repair shop and a new owner. The bottom line is that the service was absolutely great. I brought my car for replacement of the rear drum type brakes on my 2006 Toyota Camry. Fernando initially quoted $225 for the job however, upon looking at the brakes told me that the brakes are still good and there was no need to replace them, only to clean them which definitely was the case and charged me only $50. Fernando did a really thorough cleaning job. I will definitely use them again 👍👏

Ken, the owner, is straight forward, knowledgeable, knows and fixes issues (if any) quickly and is very reasonable.. He has been in the industry for more than 3 decades, he knows his stuff..Definitely will recommend him for all auto work
