Wheel Works in San Jose

These guys are scammers. Anything to make a buck. Telling me my oils dirty a week after I did my own oil change and also horribly trying upsell me tires and after I said I would wait a bit. They thought they would expedite me buying tires by over-inflating my well over its specified PSI of 34-35. Also dropped my car off at 12 walked around the mall for 2 hours and came back and my car wasn’t even started and it only took them 45 min to actually do the work, if any was done.

The inspection report did not reflect the services recommended in a call from Joe. I asked for a corrected one to be emailed to me, but that didn’t happen either. When I picked up the vehicle, I was given a copy but again it was different. One section indicated the front brakes were ok, but another section recommended replacement. This is the second vehicle I've had in there in the last couple months. Both with similar issues. John didn't seem to be surprised nor interested in resolving it. I'm not sure work what was really needed. Sad. Rick

I have been coming to wheel works for a while now because they do great work and excellent service. Recently I I thought I had a slow leak and it ending up to being a crack rim. The problem was that the rim was not available any more. The employees at wheel works did not give and after a day of searching they were able to find my rim. This saved me money for I did not have to buy all new rims for my car. Like always they give EXCELLENT SERVICE. I want to thank wheels works and the manager John Sanchez for job well done. I highly recommend the wheel works on Blossom Hill. My family and friends all go there and you should too.

The Service Manager John Sanchez and his staff always takes the time to answer questions and explain everything that needed attention in my vehicle, offering honest advice and options without any pressure. They always call me in a timely manner explaining in details any recommended repairs. Highly recommend!

The Best place to get tires for my Tesla Model S Plaid. John ( the store manager ) is very helpful and professional. My car is very sensitive to it’s tire balance and it was right on the money ( No Vibrations at all). Car was done as promised. If I could, I would have given them 6 STARS.

I took my car in for a flat tire. I filled it before taking it in so I could drive it. I told them how low it had been and asked if they could check it out. I told them I needed it checked because I work two jobs that I can’t afford to take off from. They didn’t put it up, just looked at it and said it was good. I woke up this morning with a flat tire. So I had to call someone else to come and fix it.

I had an appointment at 7:30am and dropped off my vehicle off around 7:15. Received a call after 10:15am stating that they weren't able to do the alignment. That was fine, I asked them to take care of my brake fluid exchange since they emailed me about it which they said they would. Called them at 1:15pm and they said they call me back with an update. No call back, so went there after 3pm and my truck was sitting in the parking lot. They didn't even start working on it and I would of had to wait another hour for it. I told them to give me back my keys. Over 8 hours on premise and nothing was done...ridiculous.
