Be Careful about the price they tell you.They will charge extra if you don't ask.Bad service.

Today, VIP Tires' employees went way above and beyond. They made me feel like family. . I recommend coming here for new or used tires.They empathize when you. Also, they're so honest and have great prices. I love all of the employees. I tell all of my family and friends to come here. It's a hidden gem. I was having a not-so-great day and they made me leave happy. Definitely, check them out. I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm only getting my tires from here.
I hate to have to write this review but Bad experience with their tires. Sadly I bought all four tires, not even 4 months ago. Instantly after I left the shop my steering wheel had a hard vibration. Sterling wheel was shaking. Went back the next day, dude tells me that it's not the tires he was sure I needed some more work done. "Such as bearing" Turns out the tires, the front more then the back were no good. I had a blow out on the freeway. Which I didn't understand because I was guaranteed that the tires would last much longer then this. Long story short as soon as those tires where off my vehicle, I had no vibration, no shaking and my car drove as great as it did before ever going to this tire shop. I understand that they my have good prices but you may have to pay double, or triple that by taking a chance. Please make sure you get good tires here or I wouldn't get them.

I loved my experience here. The guys are so funny and have great customer service. They have great deals if you buy 4 tires. They also do alignments. I got the tires with a warranty and I'm happy with my purchase. I'm coming back.
Came here after recommendation for an alignment on my 2017 bmw 330e because of one my tires was wearing unevenly. The mechanic performed the work and hands me a sheet with the outcome. Looking at the paper I realized the specs that were adjusted into my cars belong to a i3 bmw and not 330e. After leaving this place I went home and parked my car. The next day I go for a drive and I notice scraping sounds now my car bottoms out and Scrapes every little uneven part of the road which has caused tons of scratches and broke off my plastic underneath the car. This place is cheap I guess you do get what you pay for at this location. The mechanic had an attitude problem instead of listening to the customer about their cars he wants to go and play a guessing game with the specs. All around horrible attitude and service Edit to reply to the shop owner. Your “mechanic” left the plastic underneath open never put it back the way it supposed to. You have to open it to have access to adjust the alignment. You should make sure your “mechanics” are knowledgeable about the cars they work on. You shouldn’t do an alignment with improper car specs. I had told you mechanic multiple times the model of the car before working on but he still manage to align it with the wrong specs from an other car. I’m surprised that a simple vin read to find the exact car is so difficult for your mechanics to do. You act like you’re a saint free of mistakes but I’ve got what I paid for 60 dollars alignment and 0 knowledge and huge ego from the mechanic that worked on my car. I have 4 brand new tires now and an actual alignment from bmw. Happy that I wouldn’t have to return to this miserable shop

I brought four new tires here for installation and balance. Only installation was quoted at $60. Balancing was an additional $10 price per tire. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was quick.

They are amazing. Work with you. Help find suggestions. For example on my 99 pathfinder 265/70r15 tires are hard to find. They helped by not only replacing the balding front tire but next time to order a similar yet different tire in lue of that is more in reliable supply! Not only saving me money from a 900 dollar set down to 400 to 500 dollar set. They also provide life time tire rotation and repairs on new sets they sell you! They are amazing!

Went after one of my tires were done for. Paid 70 and ended up getting a top tier tire! Car came stock with potenzas Bridgestones and I couldn t afford new ones. Have had mismatched tires for the longest and came to my surprise that I got that same tire for a fraction of a new one
This place is dishonest and rude. They tried to charge you as much as they could with no quality on service.
They fixed my tire in like 5 minutes. I highly recommend this tire shop for anyones needs. Literally drove up, and they attended to me immediately. Excellent service.

Fairest prices and do good work. You will not be disappointed if you give them a try. I have been there for my last 4 sets of tires 3 different cars and refer all my friends and family to them. Update: My last visit here, yesterday, was my last visit permanently. Have done business with then several times and did not expect to be treated as I was. Told on the phone used tires of the size I needed which they had were $40 each out the door. That was reasonable. I arrived and made the mistake of telling the man who I have never dealt with before I had 240 in cash. He said the used tires he had would be 260, much more than I was quoted. I told him new tires were 320 on the cheap end and he smirked said good luck and walked away. All done here. Obviously their customer philosophy has changed. I can take my money elsewhere.
Great place awesome deals
I came to this place, paid $60 for the alignment service. After the mechanic did the alignment, the problem remained the same. It was still pulling to the right when driving and the tires started making a noise on top of that. I came back to the shop and we agreed that I will come back tomorrow so they can fix the problem. The next day I come back as we agreed and they tell me they have too many cars to work on (although I did not see a single car they were working on) so I have to come back on Monday (3 days later). I told them I don t want to come back again since we already agreed for today and demanded a refund. They were only willing to give me half of what I paid. I paid $60 and they only agreed to pay me back $30. Very rude people, do not recommend.
Good serviced and awesome place to work on your car
I was driving around the town with one flat tire desperately looking for an open auto repair shop. It s Sunday afternoon, most auto repair shops closed ( Covid also another reason for closing ), couple of service denials from some tire shops : We re too busy ...how rude !!! Only this shop welcomed me : It s about 10 minutes wait time , the manager said and how happy I was ! And it s not 10 minutes, just one minute and Edgar the tech jumped in and fixed the tire in a blink ! I owe you a big tip Edgar ! And thanks all at this shop , you make me feel really as a VIP ! Please come to support this business everyone , you won t be disappointed...

Ive been here for my van, Lexus and today my BMW... Ive had great service here thats why I brought my BMW but they ordered the wrong tires and the warehouse closed before they were able to correct the issue, thats why I knocked a star off. Fortunately they had some good tires in stock and I went with them. They always have great service here and I would still come back.

Best full service tire shop in San Jose!
They did not have the tire or size I needed but was assured over the phone that they did have the size. Nonetheless, I came and the supervisor called to look for the size and price quote.
It may be a bit dirty but the staff is cool and they get the tires same day or next day. They mounted and balanced 4 tires in less than an hour!
They practically saved my livelihood. Lost a rim, couldnt pay full price. These guys went above and beyond to find a used one for me and gave me a great deal. Cant recommend them enough!
