I've been taking my vehicles (van and a sedan) to Tire Merchants for all tire works over the past 8+ years. Finally, I'm getting around to submitting a review for this place. Summary: Good place for fast, efficient, reasonable cost for tire service. Limited options for new tires. Used tires available. Owner and Evan are friendly and helpful. Other service staff are very busy and might not be as receptive as the owner and Evan. POSITIVES: * SERVICE COST: The cost for patching, tire replacement, rotations is very competitive and is probably the lowest in the South Bay. The other place that have comparable cost for the forementioned services is Walmart, but the wait can be long. On 3/25/2025 I brought 4 new tires (for Toyota Camry, purchased on sale from Walmart) to mount, balance, install and dispose (of old tire), and new valve stems for $25 / tire. Total cost of service invoice: $100. * SERVICE SPEED: Service is fast and efficient without the need for an appointment. The 4 tires were replaced in about 30 minutes. NEGATIVE: * Air torque wrenches are used to install all lug nuts at this place. I'm not sure if those air torque wrenches have been calibrated for torque settings. This is not ideal as air torque wrenches can over torque the lug nuts beyond the vehicle's manufacturer specifications and can lead to lug nut thread-stripping. This actually happened to my Honda van from a previous tire replacement at this place. Luckily, I was able to fix the cross-threading on my own.

Best experience so far, this team plugged and patched my car in 7 minutes record time before they were closing at 6 and it was getting dark. HIGHLY Recommend them. They accept only cash.
My go-to place for all things tires. I have the worst luck with tires, I must just attract nails. Tire Merchants always helps me out, if I need a replacement, a hole patched up, or even just air in my tires. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is excellent.
Awesome service, I'm not from the area called before closing time right after I got off work. I noticed tire pressure was really low. Tire was damaged and slowly deflating. Gentlemen I spoke to was very professional and willing to wait for me despite closing time being really close. Arrived bought tire they replaced it 5 minutes. Really came through for me. Highly recommend. There were other tire shops in the area, but I got the run around or voice mail.
This place is awesome. Owner is very experienced and notices issues to take care. My lugnuts are not proper size he mentioned that to me to fix them. Very affordable prices. Bring cash when you go to them, otherwise they'll be charge for ATM at the gas station.
This place is great! In my case I bought the tires and shipped them here. They only took 30 minutes and were very friendly.
