Ramos Tires in San Jose

I sent my daughter to this shop. They stripped three bolts mounting the used tire we purchased for $50. cost us another $150. to replace the bolts. 😪 They claimed that they where already stripped before they remove the tire. Of course they didn't tell us until after the fact. My advise if you go to Ramos Tires, take pictures of you car parts first.

These people do not take good care of your rims, i ask to replace my tire and ending up with a big chunk of crack on the side of the rim. I don’t recommend going to these place low class service. Don’t even bother trying. They have a trashy place with the same trash service.

Been going to these guys for years, nothing but outstanding service from the jump! Always super helpful and honest, I recommend them to anyone looking for the right place.

I bought my own tires and paid them to install. They didn't do good job.when I went back to complaint they said never instslled tires.very dishonest people avoid doing business with them.

No BS. Called for an alignment and they told me to come right in. Truck was up on the rack and I was seated comfortably in a recliner within 5 minutes. Whole job took 30 minutes. The tech reviewed the alignment numbers with me. Good price. Good service. Will go back.

I drive a Jaguar XJ. Had a blow out and called at least 5 different tire places, NOBODY had my tire. I'm from Fresno and wouldn't be able to get home on the spare (doughnut). I pulled in to this place and they found a tire that was good enough to get me home. They were courteous and prompt. The best part is, they didn't look my car and see $$, they saw a person who REALLY needed help and stepped up. No scratches or dings, handled my baby with care. Would HIGHLY recommend this place.

They have a sign stating that they are not liable for any damage occured during service, yet they will do everything to mess up. I had them unmount the tires on my wheels, which didn't have any scratches and dings when I brought it. After the service, my wheels looked like an entirely different wheel with a lot of dings and scratches due to how careless these people are. Never go to this place.

Had a blowout tire on the freeway. Almost closing time. But at Ramos still stay open to mount my tire for me. Great guys and life savers. Thank you again. Much appreciates for your generosity and caring ways.
