I went to this shop for a simple tire rotation because it was close to my workplace—normally, I go to American Tires. After they finished, I asked how often I should rotate my tires, and the technician told me every 3,000 miles. I knew for a fact it should be 6,000 miles, so he either didn’t know or deliberately gave me incorrect information. Two weeks later, my wheel cover came off, which had never happened before. When I brought my car back and asked if they could reinstall it, the technician dismissed my concern, saying it was "normal wear and tear" and that I needed to replace it—without even checking the issue. I’ve had my tires rotated at other places before, and this never happened. Instead of making any effort to reinstall it or help me, they just brushed me off. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a tire shop, and I won’t be coming back. I definitely don’t recommend this place.
They are honest and helpful. I had a tire that was badly worn. I went there to change the tire, and they only had one used tire. After checking it, they told me that their used tire also had problems, but it was better than mine. They were willing to replace it for free and told me to go to another store to find the tire that belonged to me. I felt that they were very honest and helpful.
Great place for an alignment at a good price. I came in on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment and was done in under an hour.
First of all, this tire and alignment shop beats all the prices for tires installation specifically, and extremely high quality alignments. The employees are super friendly and the time taken for services is minimal. Experienced tech, takes his time and precision with the alignment and is super friendly. He showed me everything that was going on and what he was changing. Car feels 10x better with this alignment , and he honored the fact i have camber adjustability to make it perfect. 10/10 experience
Searching FB marketplace for alignment shops that have the alignment rack level with the ground. My car is lowered and can't make it on the ramps like most shops have. Saw their ad and it was just what I was looking for. Got in touch with Jesus about alignment. He asked what kind of vehicle and gave me a price. Came the next day and was very impressed with how clean the shop was. Jesus was very personable and gave great fast service. I replaced all my suspension components and my alignment was way off! He took care of it. He even told me to come back in a week, so he can double check the alignment, because once the suspension settles, it may need minor adjustments. Definitely recommend Gutierrez Tires & Wheels! Will most definitely be my go to! I have 4 cars and one will always needs some type of work done! Thanks Jesus!
Had a roadside emergency near by, and was able to get on the road with Jesus’s help in no time. My tire situation was addressed, and I got on the road. Straight forward and honest tire shop. Highly recommend!
1000% recommend coming here especially Ladies. instead of just changing my tires and calling it a day this nice gentleman (i wish i got his name but he was avg height, glasses, rlly short hair) was educating me by telling me my two front tires had too much air and back tires had too little air and how much their supposed to have (last experience i had in a DIFFERENT tire shop the guys there were being super rude and laughed bc i had too little air in my back tires) but this gentleman was super nice and was caring about my safety. He also told me to come back in a week so he can check my tires out just in case they're losing air free of charge so that was even more helpful. Overall the price of the tires were great and accurate. Front desk lady also had a really good attitude! Definitely will be coming back here and recommend to other people. Thank you!!
A hidden gem in the tire, wheel, alignment world. A very nice customer focused shop that will do you right. I purchased tires separately, called them on a late afternoot Sat and that same day went there and they installed the tires and did the 4 wheel alignment on their nice Hunter alignment rack in around 1 hour was completed. Top-notch, service, and they are car guys so you know they care about making sure the customer is treated right. Highly recommended to go here for tire/wheel services. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Superb!
An elderly man treated me in a very bad way, and he also charged 40 just to put a block on the tire, when elsewhere that is worth vulcanizing it. I didnt go anywhere else because I was stranded and didnt have a spare tire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

I had to get a tire from them. The service was fast and efficient. They are extremely professional and answer all your questions. They do not try and scam you into buying other services from them. I will be taking my car here from now on for tires and oil changes.

They installed 4 new tires in less than 30 minutes , installed 4 new TMPS and programmed no extra fees Fast service, friendly staff no hidden fees I highly recommend .
The person in charge is rude, impolite, he thinks he is the owner, he gets angry because things are not done as he says, he thinks he is the owner and makes decisions as if he were the owner. I do not recommend this business so that you do not have a bad time as I spent it with my family since he has had problems with other people for the same reason. I hope my opinion is of some use to him.
Remarkable customer service. Mechanic is very straightforward, no bs. He tells it as it is and if your not willing to listen to what he has to offer and think you can find another shop that will do it cheaper, good luck on that fix!! I was referred by my friend when I needed to find tires for my car. I called Costco AND America Tires, they didnt even have the tires for my 08 Honda Fit!!!! I was baffled. Called Gutierrez and guess what!? They had them in stock!! Slapped the tires on, did the alignment, and fixed my camber bolt! The price was great and the service was immaculate. 15/10 WOULD COME BACK AND ALSO RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
Got my tire patching. The owner/manager gave me good advice when I asked questions on my other car. Will bring it here soon. Fair price, friendly (pretty humble which is I like), professional, great service!

Today I had the worst experience at this tire lift, we had a very rude person who disrespected my dad and me. A man who wore glasses with a thin build and hair. We practically left the workshop area, we asked him for the favor of changing some tires, we wanted to give him instructions on what we wanted him to do but we left and were insulted by this person, we left scolded and insulted by that worker. I do not recommend this site because of their customer service.

Amazing! I needed alignment for my audi track car and they improved the handling and performance and most important safety of the car 10x. So nice and helpful too. On top of all that the its cheap! And the shop is super clean! Impressive
