If you re in a pinch and need tire services this is the place to go. Call ahead for what you need and theyll give you a quick quote and put you in great hands. I came for used tires initially but they also provide rim repair services as well. The tires they sold me saved my life a couple times and you might end up getting a great deal on tires albeit used. Just good and honest people! Great people, good prices, all around good place.

Went in for a tire repair (a nail sticked in my tire). In and out in about *a minute*. Zero wait. Probably a pretty simple task (the guy just took the nail out and applied a patch) but still I m very surprised and impressed that my car s issue can be solved so efficiently.

Fixed my flat tire in 5 minutes. I spent more time in line at a different tire shop waiting to be served. Excellent service and great low prices it was only $30 for the fix.

I came for an alignment, terrible service, if I could place 0 I would. The man who attends is arrogant and somewhat rude, he does not do his job in a good way, he does not give a diagnosis, if you ask him something he answers in a mocking and reluctant way...

I got my wheels aligned at Fierro s on a Sunday. Al got my truck on the lift and wheels aligned within 30 minutes. He did a fantastic job! I highly recommend coming here for tires and wheel alignment. Super friendly and speedy service.

I bought some bigger tires for my vehicle that I knew would fit because of a forum board Im on. After getting turned down from 4 shops (even asking if they could try putting on one tire), I came to Fierros ran by Al at the front of house. He tested one tire on to make sure there were no issues and then proceeded with the rest! Come here, Al goes above and beyond to help his customers and is super nice!

I was down in the San Jose area today and my tire was really bad so I had to get a used tire and I called this place and he said he had a tire with 60% tread on it so I went there and had my tire replaced didnt even look at the tire paid him for it went home looked at the tire and the tires probably got 10% tread on it Ill add pictures later but definitely screwed me I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to go to here!

Came to get the tire sensors on two of my vehicles replaced and the service was fast and reliable. I forgot my lug nut tool and they had it. Stress free transaction and satisfied customer. First time and I highly recommended for your tire or wheel needs.

The guy here is really good at the job and is really accommodating. I had a flat tire and didn t have a wheel key. He kept my car in the garage for a few days while I ordered the key. The price here is also the best. I really enjoyed my visit and will surely go to him for any future tire issues.

They provided great service! When we got there, right away we were responded courtesly. I needed 4 tires replaced. They only cost me $250. They worked on my tires very quickly. I was happy with their service.

This shop deserves more than 5 stars. I called the shop for immediate tire repair on my sports car and the guy considered my request. He fixed it in record time of 10 min and I was on my way in no time. He was very polite, hard working and honest. He charged me a very little amount too. 10/10 Ill go to this guy again. I drove from Palo Alto, and Al was already ready for me. He was super nice, professional, answered all my questions and was transparent. Honestly went here last year when my tire exploded and got a good deal for a tire, and the service was fast, cost efficient and friendly. A year later, I ordered tires from a tire store found they couldnt do alignment; called Fierros and they gave me an awesome deal for mounting, balancing and alignment; they got it done in 35 minutes. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone needing tires, brakes and shocks. They even do tire repair.

Good quality tires for a good price. It was 65 for each tire + installation out the door and I was able to get 2 tires for 130! What a deal! Card and cash is welcome. They respond fast and replace their wheels at an exceptional time! I ll come back here next time to get used tires for the low

*Update* I went back to the shop the next day to talk to the owner about the misunderstanding and after a bit of back and forth he agreed to fix redo the tires in the way I had wanted. I just want to be clear about this so I changed my 3 STARS to 5 STARS because the owner did ultimately agree to fix the tire orientation at no additional cost. I shouldve updated sooner but simply didnt prioritize it ahead of other things I had going on. I want to thank the owner for being reasonable with me and doing a quality job. I do think that this shop does quality work and have fair prices and would recommend them to anyone looking for a tire shop. *To reply to the shops comment, they did ask 3 times, but not to me but rather my friend whos tires I was buying. To which my friend confusedly answered black unknowing they were asking about the tires going into my car. All times they asked I did not hear because I was outside and they never directly answer them, which they knew. This is the point I brought up when I went back and why they ultimately decided to fix the issue without additional charge. I am very transparent about my experiences and dont withhold the truth. I was very pleased after they fixed it and did say I was giving them a great review which is why I am updating the initial review. Im going to assume that he didnt see the first review until after I went back to have them fix the problem.* *First Review* I went to them to have some tires swapped between two cars. My tires and the tires I was buying from a friend. They charged $250 for 10 tires total (including spares) and did the job quick. But the issue that left me very disappointed was the BF Goodrich tires I bought for my car had white labeling on the side of the tire which would match with my white 4Runner. For some unknown reason they ask which side of the tire should be exposed as if the white labeling wasnt supposed to be exposed! On top of that they asked my friend you want the white or black outside? instead of me, whos car the tires were going on! My friend was confused and answered I dont care so they put the white labeling on the inside where it wouldnt be seen! Why would I not want the white labeling on the outside to match with my white car? I realized this after they had already mounted the tires and when I asked if he could change it to have the white on the outside he said hed have to charge me another $100 to dismount and redo the tires! I couldnt understand why they had to ask that in the first place and to tell me itll cost another $100 to fix their mistake (which he wouldnt admit was his mistake at all) was insulting. It literally was no cost to him at all to have it fixed other than 20 minutes of labor and he wanted to charge me at full cost when it all couldve been avoided if he had asked me directly. Ive been going to him since he was at Monterey highway and always recommended him to everyone. I dont think I can recommend them anymore.

Always double check the tires. They over charged me for some good tires that ended up being 6yrs old , with a bad sidewall , leaving me stranded the next day.

I called to get an alignment for my 350z and over the phone they quoted me $65 lower than their competition. When I got there the price was as quoted, no games and they didnt try to upsell me - even though my car has aftermarket suspension. The techs were really nice throughout the process and as I waited. After the service the car drove straight as rails and felt incredibly stable. I was impressed because it has been the best alignment Ive ever gotten and the steering wheel was aligned to where it needed to be. Definitely recommend.

I m not sure who the reviews are based on when people say that they are nice and friendly, but I must say this was the worse place ever! I only started shopping around after our go to Pacific Tire outlet sold out. The men working their were young and arrogant! I went in for a complete set of brand new tires and they obviously didn t want my business. Horrible horrible place! Unless your looking for a cheap used tire, then that s the quality you ll get... USED & CHEAP!

I needed some air after my light came on. I drive to a place on Story Rd.They wanted $15.00 to get the nail out. When he look at the tire, he tells me I needed a new one cause that one was balled and he couldnt fix it. A used one would be $65.00.I dont think so. They just put air in it. I made a another stop at a tire place on Senter theres was $40 ok getting cheaper. All I had was 10. ON my way to pick up some more money from my grandson. I saw a sign on Monterey Rd used tires for $30.00. They showed me two tires for my car and he explain to me the different in prices according to how much tire tread I want. I didnt have two more dollars to make $30.00, That didnt matter to him, He wanted me have a tire for my car. Nick was kind, generous , caring and very helpful. Quick and fast tire repair on Sat morning. Had two nail punctures over the year and I was in and out of these in less than 5 minutes on a Sat morning if no other customers before me.

I routinely go to Fierros for tire rotations for my compact hatchback. They charged me 20 for the latest tire rotation. I first went to them to repair a tire puncture, which they charged 15 for in 2017-12. The staff is very nice and professional. Their property is rather small, so maneuvering your vehicle may be difficult on a crowded day. At least for tire rotations and puncture repairs, visits will last between 10 and 20 minutes. I definitely enjoy their service, so Ill keep coming back for routine tire maintenance and repair.
